I would say that this little one just needs to be around people. After you've changed her diaper, sit with her for a bit, cuddle her, get a toy out and try to distract her, slightly bounce her so she can feel a bit of movement. If this doesn't help perhaps asking the parents what she likes and doesnt like, or what you can do with her to make her stop crying. Best of luck.

I suggest the website called The Sitter's Weekly.

It's a free online guide to babysitting - includes advertising advice, babysitting rates, flyer ideas, how to handle the children, etc.

It's located at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Put the tv on. Or some music. While your holding her, dance around with her.

Movement and sound make them shut up :) haha

She's an infant, you have to be patient with her. I know it's annoying, trust me, I've babysat many toddlers myself. But you can't make her feel like you don't want her around, babies can sense it. Just be patient with her, and remember she's only a baby. Play with her, and show her love and attention. Babies will easily become upset if they feel they are unwanted.
