Building a comp on a budget

This is for experts on current knowledge of hardware.
I have around 2000 to spend on a custom home made pc.And I'm wondering if anyone knows of the best hardware I could get for around that price like graphic cards and the lot.Don't worry you can go over the budget by about another grand.I would really apreciate it if you could list the make and model of the items.also a good moniter pref HD and Blu-Ray drive.I'm mainly concerned on performance and overall quality like graphics.Thanks

ok i know for a fact when i am sad and turn on the radio i hear a song that pertains to my exact feelings and i think that's really cool. however sometimes a song that i hate comes on and i really want to listen to a good song for what i have been feeling lately. SO.. in conclusion, does anybody know a good song that's about -> liking someone so much but you can never tell them because things always get in the way?

PUK blocked

i have an LG Shine.
i tried setting the security codes on my phone. but it messed up and wont work.
and on my screen it says " PIN Code Blocked."
and it's asking me to put the PUK code in. i cant find the manual book for my phone. so does anyone know what it is?? i've tried using " 0000 " cause i read in my book to do that. but it still didnt work.
this had happened before..and i really cant tell my mom about it. cause she dosent get technology and stuff. and she'd get all mad and confused.
PLEASE HELP.

17/f. well im 5'6", and around 127-130 (it fluctuates) and im trying to lose some weight for summer. i want to get back down to 115-120, my preferred range. i dont want a lecture about im already at a good weight and ill be too skinny then. ive been drinking alot of green tea, eating less, and consuming more fiber/protein, and taking these 800mg all natural green tea dietary pills. what i want to know is, how much weight can i expect to lose with these supplements and tea? ive been exercising too, but not alot. i just want to know about the effects of green tea on my weight loss. thank you!

Okay, I know you get these a whole lot! And I will tell you as a columnist for years here I have seen them pop up daily. Well my situation is a bit unique; bare with me.
So, I last had sex like last week. Usually my period is regular (I start every 34 days), and I last started mid-april (week of 13th). Well I receieved no period when I should of started last week.
So I looked and looked and looked over the internet about when to test. Some websites told me to wait another month; other said wait until your missed period. It has been a short time between sex and a scheduled period which confuses me.
I am getting weird symptoms.. nausea, fatigue, bloating, and irritability. Sometimes on some random...

okay so i have this really really moody friend and i call her my "best friend" but she doesnt think that about me. infact she doesnt even want to be my friend. but i have done everything for her, i have protected her from rumors, i have fixed her relationship with her boyfriend multiple times, i have comforted her and givin her advice a whole lot, i have always been there for her when she had no one else to turn too. and to add to that she doesnt trust me alone with her boyfriend EVEN though hes ONLY my good friend. i mean i have helped them with their relationship. and the worst part is though i still want to be there for her and be her best friend. and i have no idea what to do?

So theres this boy i've been off and on with having a crush this whole year. We went to one school dance together and it was amazing and we'd both probably agree it was the best dance together of the year. I met her when I was in my first job...
