Awhile ago I read an interview of Jessica Smith (of Laguna Beach). In the interview she basically reveals all of laguna's "secrets" (like how it was practically scripted etc.
I would really like to read it again but i can't find it. Does anyone know where I would be able to find this article?

so everyone is telling me in order to lose weight i have to diet but noone is being specific! what is a good diet like i kno about some fasting my cousins did and it work i jus need to kno specific foods or diet & fasting names or something cause idk what to eat & not too. and how much should i run i need to lose like 10 ta 15 pounds off my belly thanks in advance !!!

okay i recently discovered that i have freaking strech marks on my tummy & my sides & its sooo ugly i dont wanna take my clothes off around my boyfriend because of them. i kno that he doesnt really notice them cause they're not that bad but its bad enough wat can i do ??

everytime i mess around with a guy, whether its even just playing strip poker, or hard core flirting, him feeling me up, ANYTHING i get soooo wet! and it feels disgusting.
i usually wear a pantyliner everyday, because i tend to have a lot of discharge but when i'm with a guy, obviously i'm not going to wear one and then it gets all over my underwear and its all nasty, and pretty much soaked it makes me feel disgusting.
does this happen to anyone else...?
i wish i didnt have to go through this.

so, don't get me wrong about the subject.. it's just that there's this new program for high school is that starting in junior year, only a couple of high school students can attend an actual college... and finish their high school there and graduate with their high school diploma and associates degree. i'm one of those students that got in, and i'm sorta second thinking it. because, i know it's a good opportunity, but i really miss my old high school, especially since my friends are still there and my boyfriend. i'm the type of person who likes to take my classes step by step, because that's how i do really well in school. and in college, everything is so different, i get more freedom and all.. but then it's super hard, ...

so, i've noticed that i have never been completely satisfied with any relationship i have ever been in. i always some how end up liking someone else, all the while knowing that the person i am with is great. there perfect, there what i've been waiting for.
so, currently, i am in a relationship.
we've been going out for about five months now.
i know that this person is someone that i could picture myself with for a long while, and this person is really, perfect for me.
but i can't help but like this other person.

Hiya..
Well a about a month ago my ex and i broke up. It didn't last long. He found someone else, and i cant find anyone. Well there's this one guy named Chris he likes me but he has a gf and he likes her more than me.He told me if he wasn't dating her he would of asked me out. He's in a long distance relationship and he says it sucks. He calls me practically everyday i don't know what to do. I told him that i would wait for him but i don't think i can. HOW CAN I FIND THE RIGHT GUY!lol im 14 and next week i start back into school. There also is another guy who likes me, he tells my friends and tells them to keep quite about it. He's dating this girl to get his mind off of me. i have no clue what to do anymore and im so tired of it. PLZ help me!

Ultrasound

Hi!
So Im getting an ultrasound for my ovaries, and they told me to drink LOTS of water... But I was wondering... do I HAVE to drink water? Can't I drink juice or vitamin water?
Any suggestions other than water (if possible)?

im a senior in highschool and this kid and i have been talking for 3 months. Today was our first day of school, and him and i dont really have the same group of friends (which i knew was going to be weird). he was very weird at school, we have no classes together and he only say hi to me like three times and it was like a few minutes conversations, nothing special. then today after school i texted him and its been like three hours and he hasnt responded. should i just be done? what do i do?

I want to know is it possible to NOT get symptoms if your pregnant like, if I was pregnant for the first 2-8 weeks I don't get nausea etc.. stuff like that.. Is it possible to not get symptoms, or I need to get at least one symptom.. I'm really anxious... please help! Thanks so much!

Limiting Internet Time

I feel that I spend too much time on the computer for purposes other than schoolwork. I am willing to admit that I have an addiction to the internet just like most other teenagers do. I want to not check Facebook and my email every few hours.
I used to use a website called keepmeout! and it would block the site for however much time I told it to block the site. It was wonderful; however, something happened to the site and it's no longer working.
Does anyone have any FREE software (no free trials please! I want this to be a permanent thing until I can control myself) that I could use to help me limit my internet usage? I'd prefer not to download anything. If anyone is familiar with keepmeout! I'd love another site like that. Thanks.

im 14 yrs old and recently met a group of guys at a under 18s night club
me and 1 of my friends hooked up with 2 of the guys
since then my friend has been meeting up with the guy she kissed, and ive been going with her
he brings along all of the friends who were at the nightclub, and more.
the thing is, the boy i kissed comes 2. i really liked him, but he doesnt seem to be interested in me anymore.
i dont know why this is, cos he was the 1 who made the first move, and he was the 1 who wanted to kiss me.

Khakis & Shoes

My school has school uniforms the bottoms have to be khakis & the shirts are blue, black, or white polos.
I need some advice on what kind of shoes to buy! I don't wear tennis shoes at all I'm more of a flip flop person but I need at least a white and black pair of shoes. To give you a sence of my style, I have a pair of shox and coach shoes and a pair of dunks that I really don't wear. I need someone to give me some idea I can wear with khakis even during winter.
