ok i get pissed throughout the day who doesnt ,but now when i get mad i dont think of killing who made me mad i feel like jumping on a spike or bashing my head against a wall.am i crazy ?will i be driven to hurt myself ?im not suicidal. i dont do it.its weirding me out with the fact i wanted to die didnt ,care if i lived, not even a month ago man.IS there a way to stop this before something serious happens.

i applied for my school paper, and didnt get in.
i really really want to get involved with writing this year; i want to be a writer someday and i want it to look good on my college application ... so what are some alternatives i can do if i cant be on the paper?
i know this is a vague question considering nobody knows where i live or anything around me, lol. but its worth a shot.

15/f so three of my best friends birthdays are coming up and i have no idea what to get them!
i was going to get one of my friends an ipod since she lost hers (some of us were gonna get together and put in like 20$ for it each) but her parents are getting it for her :/
so basically i need three really good and thoughtfull presents, there all turning 16 and their birthdays are all in the same week.
i got two or them rings last year, so not jewlery...
idk i really cant think of anything, any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Over the last few years, I've been in a huge battle with depression. I failed out of university, lost contact with my family, and almost lost my boyfriend. Things were awful.
It's only been a year and a half since I was hospitalized, but since then I've been healing at an incredible rate. I'm finally happy again; I'm in school, talking to friends and family again, and enjoying life. I've beat the beast, and I want to commemorate all that I've done somehow.

weird symptoms lately...

I have been having some strange things happen lately. I havnt been able to sleep, sometimes ill stay up until 7am and then sleep about a half hour and wake up again. I have been having leg cramps and my ribs are super sensitive to the touch. do you have any idea what any of this could mean? my sister thinks its just because i am growing into a woman (im 19 years old), but i want to get another opinion. any advice is much appreciated.

How can I help my mom stop smoking?

My mom has been smoking for SO many years and I really hate it because it's getting harder for her to breathe and I see that. She even has that smoker's cough now and it's disgusting. I talked to her about it last week and she said she is ready to stop smoking and start taking better care of herself. She is afraid of the withdrawals though and is nervous that she won't be able to stop. How can I help her to stop smoking? What is the best way to stop smoking. I told her there were lots of stop-smoking methods but she wants the full "plan" before she makes a decision on what she is going to prepare to do. I'm really proud of her for making this decision and I'm glad I brought up my concerns to her about smoking. Please help me help her!

How do I get over a cold quickly? I started the coughing and runny nose like two or three days ago and I need something that will help this cold shorten so I can have a good weekend. Any suggestions on how to make a cold go away quicker?

I have been peeing a little blood today and I know it's not my period or anything like that. I was wondering if it was a sign of chlamydia because the guy I slept with two weeks ago just told me like yesterday that he has chlamydia and hasn't been treated for it yet. He was serious. Should I go to the doctor or just let it go away on it's own? It's not a lot of blood or anything and I don't have any signs of a STD so I don't think it can be chlamydia, right?

I need a really cheap or free photo editing software program to help me alter my photos to look really good. I know Photoshop is suppose to be the best but I can't afford Photoshop so I'm looking for like a Photoshop ripoff, I guess. This girl at my school uses one program (I don't know which one) to amke her skin flawless and perfect. I want to do this too for my senior photos and stuff. Which program is the best and where can I find it?

Could you please decide the perfect guy in your eyes? Any and all details would be appreciated. I'm trying to help my best guy friend improve himself and get the girl of his dreams but he needs a lot of work. I need other thoughts from other girls so I can figure out what are the most wanted and liked traits in guys. He said he was up for anything including cutting his hair, growing it out, dying it, gaining or losing weight and/or muscle, and anything that he will have to change to his personality. I'm going to a concert to see one of my favorite bands with my best friend but I have no idea what I should wear! Torn jeans? A band shirt? I know we'll be dancing and jumping around a lot though and my friend might even try to do a mosh pit because she's really crazy like that haha
Should I do my hair? If so, what style would be best for this? I don't want to look stupid by the end of the night. Should I do my make-up? I guess if I do my make-up I should do it like the nighttime clubbing style, right? I don't think I can really take a purse with me with my make-up so whatever I do, I won't be able to touch-up during the concert. Any help, please?

mentral cramps

my menstral cramps are absolutely terrible, like the first day they hurt so bad i'm like screaming. midol doesn't do much and neither does tylonol or anything really. i've heard that birth control helps it? but my mom won't let me get on bc because she says it causes breast cancer. (i was also thinking about birth control because i want to start having sex with my boyfriend of 2 years and i want to be safe) but yeah do you think birth control would be a good idea for me? what are some of the side effects and how can i convince my mom to let me on it? thanks

how to prepare for winter, snow, and cold weather?

I always lived in the south until now. I am in a northern state now that gets A LOT of snow during the winter months. I think the most snow I have EVER seen was like 2 inches? I think last year this state got something like 100 inches at one time? Wow, huge difference, right?
Well, I know it's going to be a lot colder here but I KNOW that I won't really understand that until it's in the middle of winter probably. I want to be prepared though because I don't want to end up freezing all of the time and unhappy.
What are some ways to prepare for winter? Get a heavy jacket? What would I look for then? Should I get snow boots? Should I get gloves and stuff or would I be okay without? How do I keep my house...

My mom recently stopped buying our usual bread and has picked up some wheat breads to try out. I think they taste totally different but not bad. I asked her why we are changing to this new bread and she told me that wheat bread is healthier than white bread. I, of course, asked her how it is healthier and she didn't really know but told me that I should find out. I looked around but I think the explanations might be a little too confusing because I can't really grasp WHY the bread is considered a healthier choice. Could someone PLEASE explain this to me?

What is the average life expectancy?

Simple question, I guess. My friend says it's 70 but I heard it was like 75 or 80. Does anyone know what the average life expectancy is right now? We're in the United States so that might be a factor, right?
