I totally agree with reallifecommonsence but would also like to add
You said you drink a lot who dosen't?
well a lot of people don't drink at all some on occassions I personally am allegic to alcohol it makes me go right off the wall if I am pushed by sarcastic people. so I suspect the alcohol is a huge factor in your personal crisis. Alcohol is a depessant so too much alchol caused you to have a downer you cannot control please think about that too.
I haven't had a scotch for 22 yrs now I don't miss it at all. If I want to drink I drink light beer only or soft drink I am a better person for it & you will be too honestly.

Thanks for standing up and admitting your not in denial that's the first step in recovery.

RealLifeComonSense answered Friday October 2 2009, 1:19 am:
You should talk about your problems with someone you trust, love, and feel comfortable talking to. Whether it be your parents, counselor, priest, older relative or close friend or even spouse. We all have problems. We wouldn't be normal if we didn't. And No, you are not crazy! It's good that you admit that you are having these issues. Some people won't even admit it. You should also seek help by asking a counselor for advice. Go see your doctor, you may have a medical condition that you may not know about. It could be a sign of depression or stress or something more serious. Try to relax. Get active in an activity that you enjoy. Stay away from negative and stressful situations, including people. Finally, don't forget to pray because prayer is very powerful for you.

Well i'd talk to your parents or someone you trust as soon as possible talking helps alot it allows you to express how your feeling that way you don't keep everything to yourself no i don't think your crazy getting angry is normal it happens to everyone not just you but i'd seek help quickly so your problem doesn't get worst once you get help you'll probably start feeling better too :)
