I'm a single 52 year old woman from Houston. I am not included in any family doings. I don't get high or drunk and I'm a pretty nice lady. One of the problems is that my sister has a terrible life and marriage. Her husband is a drug user, herself a border alcoholic. All 3 of her young adult children are a mess. I love them and have tried many times to help them. I love them no matter what. I am a very stable person. I've lived in the same place 20 years, pay my bills on time, you know just a blissfully normal life not counting my diabetic coma and cancer. But I am on the mend. period twice this month?

hey im 18/f im on yaz birth control. I just had my period about 2 weeks ago. Then yesterday i woke up and i was on my period again. I havent skipped any of my birth control pills. And my period only lasted a year or so. I do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I was talking to some other people and they said it could have been implantation blood.. but i dont think it would have been that much. What do u guys think? I know you can spot when you're on birth control and ive been on it for 2 years and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Can anybody explain? Thanks!

So this might not make much sense, but here it goes. There's always been a blank period in my life. I can remember absolutely nothing no matter how hard I try. For some reason when they would talk about sexual abuse and all that in health, I would always have a feeling I had been abused. I can't explain it any other way than I somehow just knew, but I always pushed it aside & refuse to think about it. That's what I do now actually--when something bad happens, my mind just instinctively blocks it out; it's weird. Anyway, I keep thinking and it's like I'm on the verge of remembering something, but I can't. I just have this very faint memory but I can't put any of it into words. for some reason, i cannot watch rape scenes in movies. i always close my eyes, cover my ears, and turn away even at the ones that aren't very violent. it's completely and utterly disturbing to me. i can handle blood and gore and anything else pretty much but for some reason i just can't watch it, idk how anyone else can.

my 17th birthday is at the beginning of november, and i haven't had a birthday party since i was 10. i wanna have a really good party since i didn't throw one for my 16th.
i wanna know if anyone has any good ideas about how many to invite, where to throw it, what to do? because right now all i can think of is buying two hotel rooms at the holiday inn or something and inviting a bunch of people that my boyfriend and i know. but i would have NO IDEA what to do. any help? gracias.

OK so my cuz (lilly) and my older sister (June) just moved into my house and now I have to share everyhitng all over again. My other sis just moved out so its like I lost her and gained two others. My sister (June) spends her money on stupid stuff like ciggerets and then gets money off my parents to get other things. Then my cuz likes to barrow all my stuff with out asking me and now she is waving it in my face that she got a camera and a new dress for homwcoming when I didnt because we cant affored it right now.They both get $130 sum dollars in the mail and I get nothing. Then after I said I got a new camera like she did she went and asked my parents for more money for homecoming and I cant get any she keeps taking the stuff I want and now...

usually, im the girl thats very outgoin, funny, and easy to get along with. when i go to a party or concert i meet a ton of people and im really comfortable with myself.
now that ive been pregnant, im reeallly self-conscious and awkward/anxious when i meet new people and stuff. im not visibly pregnant unless you knew me before (im 4 1/2 months) so its not because people know im pregnant.
its all me, and i dont know what to do ! i still want to go to parties and social gatherings, not drinking ofcourse, without feeling so awkward.
how can i help myself when im out and start feelin anxious or awkward ?

im not thinking bout having sex or anything with my bf but it would be nice if he kissed me properly once in a while...
