i have really thick hair but i hate my bangs because i have so much of them..i have side swept bangs but they're really annoying just because theyre thick...would it be possible to thin them out? would it look weird>? thanks

i have heard that if people don't look you in the eyes while they tell you something, they are lying.....when a guy tells you he likes you, is it still the same thing? does he not mean it if he is not looking you in the eye? i know it just depends on how shy the guy is, but lets say the guy is really outgoing,and you guys are kissing, and then he tells you that....what do you guys think?

Should you ALWAYS listen to your gut feeling? you know, that feeling you get when your doing something wrong and you get a feeling in your tummy, or if you are head over heels in love with a guy and you get butterflys in your stomach?

my friend goes out to college in williamsport, pa and i live in pittsburgh, pa. we've been talking about me going out to visit them and i have no way by car and they're not going to drive all the way out here and then back and then take me home again, that's stupid.
so i've been trying to look up tickets for trains and things like that, but the only problem with trains is ( the only one i know is amtrak ) amtrak doesn't go out to where they are and it seems there's no surrounding areas where there's stations etiher.
i've been thinking taking maybe a greyhound bus or something.
does anyone have any ideas on what might be the cheap, best way?

Having visitors at a shared apartment.

One of my friends is planning to visit the city I live in for about a week. She asked if I would be around when she visits, and now I am worried that she might ask to stay at my place the entire time. Ordinarily, I wouldn't care, but I have a roommate, and our place is small- in other words, her staying the entire 6 days would be inconvenient to us both.
If she asks to stay with me the entire time, how can I tell her (without sounding rude or obvious) that I can only have her stay a few days, and not the entire time? Would it be better to make something up?

Chewing on door frams!

My puppy, Glow, will chew on door frames while we are out of the house. We have tried putting a 1x1 over the door frame to deter her, putting hot spices like cyan pepper and tabasco sause on the door, spanking her on the bum and nose, taking her by the head and talking to her (she had this done while she was really little and it made her listen), and of course telling her no or bad in a loud, stern, mean voice. So far nothing has stopped her from either scratching or chewing the door frames. It does not matter wether we leave her for 5 minutes or 5 hours, she still does it. She is almost a year and a half, and we are out of ideas to get her to stop this behavior, please help!

Okay so I'm to the point where I just wanna go crazy because I'm SO SICK of people mainly very catty girls hating on other girls just because of how they look. Like I'm a pretty girl and I know it and everyone's all like oh Lexie your so pretty blah blah guys dig you like 24/7 and blah blah all this other crap. I'm like aw you guys are sweet thanks! So I liked this guy and I still do like him and what not but it didn't work out because everyone was like "Dude don't go out with her she seems like a slut" "Dude bang her and then drop off a 100 bucks at the end table when your finished" and you know comments LIKE THAT just piss me off! I'm such a nice person WHO by the way is the least shadiest person at my school seriously...

What to do

Hey im 18/f and my boyfriend is 21/m we have sex about 4 times a week. We mainly do missionary. Hes always on top. For some reason i dont like being on top. I would but i just dont know what to do besides just ride him up and down and i cant really go fast. Also when he's on top i always tend to close my eyes is that normal? I guess i just dont know where to look i feel like if i constantly keep looking at him it would be weird. We've been dating for over a year. I'm self consious with my body. I have some cellulite on my legs and im just very uncomfortable. Im 5'6 and 150lbs. Is there any other positions we could do that are comfortable. Hey im 18/f. Yesterday i had strange cramps/bloating and felt like i was going to start my period but im not due to start for another 2 weeks about. I went to the bathroom and sure enough i did. I was only on it for a couple hours. Then all of a sudden it stopped? Im on YAZ and i havent missed a pill and this has never happened to me before. I asked a few of my friends and they said it could be implantation blood but im not sure. Any advice?

hello advicenators.
first of all i havent been on this site in 3 years. and must i say its great to be back.
so i wont get into details because i'm just wondering this in general, what happens when someone you love, as in a best friend, hurts you. they didnt mean to, and you understand that, but what they did hurt you and you start to realize they werent the person you thought they were. i want things to go back to normal but i can't forget what she did to me.

My boyfriend and I just had unprotected sex for time (for both of us) last friday. I wasn't on birth control either. My boyfriend bought me this PlanB pill that you're supposed to take within three days after intercourse. I just took it and today is the third day. For the past two-three months, my periods started around the 9th. We had sex on the 16th and I haven't had my period yet.What am I supposed to think of this? 17/f I've liked this one guy for almost three years. He's two years older than me and we're pretty close friends. He's away at college, and every time he comes home to visit friends, he flirts with me. I'm not gonna complain about that, but he's told me a million times that he doesn't want a long-distance relationship. It's quite annoying.

My mom is 56 years old. She lives with my family, which consists of myself, my husband, and my two young daughters. My mother is diabetic and significantly overweight by at least 40 pounds, does not eat right, and does not exercise at all. Within the last couple of years, I have noticed that my mother is starting to act elderly. She sits in a rocking chair for hours on end, nods off to sleep whenever she feels like it, and has no motivation to do anything else. She has the physical behavior of an 80 year old and my mother is no where near old enough to be acting this way. I know that part of it is related to her lack of health. But I believe part of it is her emotional state. She does not act happy, content, excited about anything.....

Bad kisser! New techniques?

So I'm dating this guy and when we're kissing he always tries to put way too much tongue in my mouth! I've tried to "teach" him by taking the lead, and he'll kinda follow and do what i do for a little bit..but then he'll go back to what he was doing before. I have also tried to like..put my tongue up to block him or something to show I dont like it, but I dont think he gets the hint. What can I do? (preferably not having to say it outright, but if i have to, whats the best way to do it?)
Also, do you have any different kissing ideas/maneuvers? When I try something a little different he seems to copy that rather than just french kissing with his whole tongue in my mouth.
