When I have to poop, like when I start to feel like I have to, I hold it in for a while so that more poop comes down so I poop more when I do. Is this unhealthy?

period postponing

okay so my softball team is going to florida in about a week. i'm due for my period sometime between this week and next week, i really don't want to get it for that because i don't wear tampons and i won't be able to go the beach and pool and stuff with the other girls and i just won't have a good time :[ so my question is, is there any POSSIBLE way for me to either make my period come faster or postpone it until after? and is it also true that when your in the water you don't bleed because i heard one of my friends say that. thanks soo much!
P.S. im not gonna go on birthcontrol because it makes you gain weight and my mom would suspect i'm pregnant or something, which im not.

ok, so last year when i fainted and i had to get an IV shot and the doctors like poked me with the needle 7 times in my hand and 3 times in my arm till they finally got it in. and 2mrw i have to get an IV shot and im EXTREMELY scared cuz i absolutely hate shotssss!!! any tips?

I have had ance now for almost 4 years now and i havent had one time were i have had clear skin. i have gone to a derematolgst(srry for bad spelling)and he gave me two creme meds. and i have been using them every night and i still dont have clear skin. if u hav any tips please!!!!! help me

dog on drugs

My friend babysat my dog for the weekend while I was gone. During this, he smoked weeedd and my dog was in the room. It's a pomeranian (which if you don't know is a verryyy small dog -- she weighs four pounds), and she got high from the smoke in the room. Then they blew it into her ear, which got her high.
Now do NOT say this is a myth, because I saw a video and the dog was acting so wierd. This wass like four days ago, but she still seems a little wierd and off, and is acting differently then before.
So whats the deal? Is she going to be ok?
I'm extremely worried.

Hey,
well, I haven't started my period yet and I wanted to know when I do will my stomach flatten out and
I'll lose more weight? I don't like how I look towards my stomack. I weigh 119. what is the weight
for a 12 to 13 year old? I go to the YMCA almost everyday and I burn a good amount of calories.

So, how many eggs does a typical human female have at birth?
If you figure a woman begins menstruating at the average age of 12 and finish at the average age of 51 then that's a good 39 years between of menstruating. If you take those 39 years and say you have 12 periods (one per month, of course) each year, in which you release one egg each cycle, then that'd be about 468, right? So, are we born with 468 eggs or there about?

can't sleep

For like the past month I have not been sleeping well at all. I'm up most of the night having hot flashes and joint pains. It's getting difficult for me to function during the day because of my lack of sleep. Do you think this is just something that will pass or should I talk to my doctor about it?

So the past couple days, I haven't been hungry, so I haven't been eating. Like I've had a piece of bread a day for like 3 days, and last night at like 11 I had a cookie. And when I think I'm hungry, I just get a drink and then I get wicked full, and I don't eat. I don't know if I'm sick.. because I feel fine and I don't know if this is good or bad for me. Like I've heard if you don't eat, you get fatter, and then I've heard you get skinnier. I DON'T have an eating disorder. I'm happy with my weight for the most part. So my questions are, is this good or bad for me?, will i lose/gain weight?, and am I sick?

blood drive + tattoo

I'm donating blood this Saturday. I've never had a tattoo before, but I've been planning on getting one this summer. But, you cannot donate blood within 12 months of getting a tattoo. Sooo I also made an appointment for my tattoo (which will be small on my ankle) for SIX hours after the drive.
It SHOULD be safe, becuase the body regenerates the one pint of blood within 24 hrs, so that means after 6, 1/4 wiill be done. So is there any reason why this would be an unsafe decision to donate blood and get a tat in the same day?

about 2 weeks ago this guys fingered me im 15 and now iv missed a period nearly 2 im really worried he might of had cum on his hands or it came through his trousers or something i dont know i just keep feeling sick. Im to scarred to get a pregnancy test because if i was to be pregnant i wouldnt no what to do with myself!

passing out/fainting?

i'm not sure if this is the right category, but anyways..i was out with my mom today taking my duck to the vet. as we were leaving i started feeling like i was going to puke. then everything got blurry and i got really dizzy. then my ears started ringing and i fell to the ground. they put ice on my head and neck and i felt better after a little while. what happened to me? did i pass out/faint? this has never happened before. so why now? thanks! (oh, and i dont pass out from blood so it was nothing like that)

burning throat and dizzy spells

Okay for a while now I've been having dizzy spells and a year before I've been having a burning throat feelings(No not heart burn). These dizzy spells are pretty bad I can't move too quickly for fear it'll hit and I'll fall over or pass out.
so my question is.. What do these symptoms mean? Do I have something serious?
(I don't drink or smoke, I eat right and I don't get heart burn.)

I just found out that i have kp, a very common skin disorder. Does anyone with it have any suggestion on how to keep in under control?

okay so lets say youre on a medication for acne. it's called sotret. (thats not important)
and it says that you have to take "a 30mg pill twice daily" and your doctor told you the amount you have to take is 60mg per day, as it varies from patient to patient due to different height/weight..the package itself contains 30 mg pills.
okay so you're taking 60 mg per day...does it matter if you take 60 RIGHT away as in...2 30mg pills with water? ..or if you take 30 at daytime..and 30 at night, lets say? i never got to ask my doctor this..but i was hoping someone could answer it...or a wesbsite..anything would be fine. because im worried the medication might not be as effective..or even more dangerous. i've been taking it fo...
