I agree with the previous answer about the products in which to use and also possibly consulting a dermatologist.

I just wanted to add that you should try to sleep in as little clothing as possible around your chest/back area (tank tops, sports bras, very loose tshirts, no shirt at all) because you do sweat somewhat when you're asleep and if you wear tight clothing it can easily clog your pores over that 8-hour time span.

Also, after working out try changing into a clean bra and t-shirt for the ride home. Sitting in sweaty clothes clogs pores very, very quickly.

Just thought I'd add a few tips.

Here's a few things you can do to lessen and cure acne using over the counter remidies.

Use an acne product containing silicic acid.

Use anti-bacterial soap.

Avoid popping the pimples. This cuts down on spreading the infection. If you must, sterilize the area and your hands, before, during and after.

Sunlight, though doctors may not recommend that because of the increased risk of skin cancer.
If those don't work you may need to see a dermatologist who may prescribe an antibiotic.
