well, I haven't started my period yet and I wanted to know when I do will my stomach flatten out and
I'll lose more weight? I don't like how I look towards my stomack. I weigh 119. what is the weight
for a 12 to 13 year old? I go to the YMCA almost everyday and I burn a good amount of calories.

Advicelady6798 answered Tuesday June 24 2008, 7:40 pm: You need to eat 5 small meals a day. This will help you digestive system, it will actually digest your food easily and less painfully. It is good to at least drink a couple bottles of water a day and maybe a glass of milk too. Yes not having a period will make you really bloated before it happens. Once you start, the fluids that are being cramped in your body will finally be released. This is why people get cramps and bloat.
