Period?

Hey,


well, I haven't started my period yet and I wanted to know when I do will my stomach flatten out and
I'll lose more weight? I don't like how I look towards my stomack. I weigh 119. what is the weight
for a 12 to 13 year old? I go to the YMCA almost everyday and I burn a good amount of calories.
If, you have any healthy tips to lose weight please
tell.

Hey, I weigh 119 also. What I can tell you to do is not criticize your body, and please don't starve yourself. That leads to very serious consequences. To lose wait is simple: eat healthier foods like, vegetables, fruits and meats. Eliminate junk food, that just increases your weight. Also do about 15-30 minutes of exercise a day, and you'll begin to drop weight. Just so you know when you get older you'll realize 119 is a really good weight. 119 is healthy, but keep your weight toned by exercising on a regular basis.

You need to eat 5 small meals a day. This will help you digestive system, it will actually digest your food easily and less painfully. It is good to at least drink a couple bottles of water a day and maybe a glass of milk too. Yes not having a period will make you really bloated before it happens. Once you start, the fluids that are being cramped in your body will finally be released. This is why people get cramps and bloat. Give it some time and it will get easier to lose the weight you want once you have started your period.
