When I have to poop, like when I start to feel like I have to, I hold it in for a while so that more poop comes down so I poop more when I do. Is this unhealthy?
barneyrocks answered Thursday June 26 2008, 11:48 pm: i kind of do the same thing. lmao. depends how long you hold it and what you eat but usually if you just wait a day or when you feel like it's coming.. the run to the bathroom feeling, that's your body telling you it has to dispose of it. you shouldn't worry too much about your poop, that's one of the things your body takes care of on it's own.
