increasing my butt size again cuz i lost it

I use to be very chubby and i had a big butt and now since i lost weight my butt went and its hard to get it back im trying as much as i can to get it back without gaining weight what other exercises can i do to increase my butt size?

What are some things i can do to realy fastly inprove my stomich to be toned and get rid of love handels? UI have like leg weights with atotal of 35? pounds and some exersize equitment, a bike, and atleast an hour a day.

just please, giv eme some ways i can be somewhat intertained so i can contunie this in the summer..pleasee!!!!!!

So, My mother always seems to tell me im fat nad nee ot exerisize and loose weight and today she said i have love handels, i tell her it bothers me saying these thigns but she tells me to be quit and if i tell her to get away and that im upset with her she grounds me for a week from the phone [[i talk to my bf on it atleast once a day]] and i dont think its fair, anyways, i want to please my mother so can you all give me some exersizes to get rid of love handels nad ton up my stomich, i honestly think im fine.. check out my myspace www.myspace.com/meg_92 but my mother thinks other wise.. please help me before i go through a eating diorder.. i go through that or i will eat nothing but a saled or two a day for a few weeks..

how can I lose as much weights as possible in a little time, and how do I stick to a diet, cause it's hard for me, and also if you puke, and there's nothing more coming out of your throat does that mean that it's all out?
(I know I am not bulimic, BUT I WAS WONDERING)
and who knows some good exercises you can do at home?

i`m 14/f. i don't wear a "real" bra. i wear camosals with the built in bras. they seem to work good for me but i was wondering if you think i need a real bra. and if you could, state a reason why. thanks.

I'm 15 and and overweight for my size/age. I weight about 150 at 5'8.

Anyways, I got my period (and breasts) in about grade 7. I wore a sports bra from grades 7-8, and a regular bra from grade 9 to 10 (current).
At night of course I don't wear one, or if I'm home alone.

My breasts seem to hang down a lot, as if they have absolutely no support. They aren't up and perky like pictures I've seen, and when I asked my friends they told me that theirs were as well (one of my friends even showed me). What exactly is wrong with mine, why are they so droopy? They are only 34B, so it's not like they are huge or anything. How do I fix them? I just want them to look normal.

I dont have weights or any athletic machines.

I have 12 pound bar bell thingies and a punching bag

I want to get more toned (not thinner) just more toned..

i was 132 august this summer i am 160. ive never been this big ever and i feel so disgusting and have been crying the last 2 weeks. ive never had roles, ive never felt so unhappy. i know if gaiend this from not being energetic and being depressed but i need to lose weight fast. like alot i dont care if its not so healthy but i need to lose at least 20 by june, ive been trying hydroxycut but seriously i cant feel anything. help me, its a must i lose 20 by then

please help, i really dont know what to do with myself=(

ok, so i want to know how i can a better tan without going to a tanning salon. i've been getting tanner doing my school sports but its starting to turn into sunburn (even when i put sunscreen on) and it feels like its taking a long time. is there a lotion or something that will get me a fast, good looking tan? i perfer not to use make up.

I read about a type of crunch called the Jackknife. * You put your hands be hand your heads and your legs straight out then bring you body up and your legs/knees to your face * and I read that this is a brutal but very effective excersise and it really helped several girls get that washboard stomach. Has anyone else ever done these and what type of results did you get?

I'm 13, 5 foot 9 and 166 pounds [All my weight is on my stomach].

I was wondering how much weight I could lose in a week if, every night I do 300 crunches, then on Tue. and Thurs. morning I swim and do about a 20 min dryland[Ab work, push-ups,jumping jacks, etc.]

Then on Monday Wensday and Friday I go in the morning and do weights for an hour.

But I also will swim for 2 hours every day in the afternoon plus more drylands and running[When we run, we run about a mile and a half] and such. I swim on a team so the swimming is hard swimming, not just laps.

But my question again is if I did that for a week, how much weight do you think I could lose at most. My goal is 7-10 pounds.

my face is fatter than my body!!

I ussually do a lot of exercise but whenever i stop my face seems to get fatter and not my body,weird. Well to let you know how fat i'm 78 kg at the moment and my face is like a face of a 90 kg person and my body is like a 70kg person. Its seem like all the fat tends to move toawrd my face.

So is there anyway that i can do to keep my face in proportion with my body? i prefer my face looking skinnier. THX in advance

what are some exersises(sp) to do that will get rid of flabby thighs?? (like on the inside)?? i used to be really fat and i lost most of the wieght but now my only problem is flabby thighs and flabby arms.

Dairy products/running/ 17/f

Ok so i was wondering is it better to eat/drink dairy products when you're on a diet or not?

Also, im somewhat large chested, and i was wondering what can i do to keep from hurting when i run. I wear a sports bra sometimes but that doesn't help. Ive also tried it with a regular bra. But that doesnt help either..so does anyone know of anything i can do? its alwasy miserable the day after i run.
