i was 132 august this summer i am 160. ive never been this big ever and i feel so disgusting and have been crying the last 2 weeks. ive never had roles, ive never felt so unhappy. i know if gaiend this from not being energetic and being depressed but i need to lose weight fast. like alot i dont care if its not so healthy but i need to lose at least 20 by june, ive been trying hydroxycut but seriously i cant feel anything. help me, its a must i lose 20 by then
please help, i really dont know what to do with myself=(

2) No diet pills. Unless you ask your doctor for natural ones. Otherwise, they wont work and wont be good for you.
3) Even if you dont loose the weight by June, you need to be happy with your body.
I suggest exercizing and a healthy diet. Exercize as much as you want, but you need to eat three healthy meals a day. Maybe you could get a membership to a gym or get a personal trainer. Maybe go on weightwatchers or some diet that counts calories (never go on a diet that limits you from carbs)
summerGIRL_xo answered Saturday April 22 2006, 10:18 am: well, loosing 20 pounds by june is almost impossible to do healthily. its not healthy to loose more than 2 pounds a week. if you loose 20 pounds by june, it might be just water weight or one of those diets where you loose a lot & gain it all (or more) back. so, first of all, i would start with smaller goals. 5 pounds by this date, 10 pounds by this one. when you reach a goal, reward yourself w/ a cute outfit or something, NOT food-related. keep track of what your eating - calories/carbs, it'll keep you honest. limit your carbs (dont eliminate them!) becuase they are "empty calories", when you eat carbs make sure you have protien with it which will keep you full and give you energy (meats, cheese, dairy, etc.). if you really want to go on a diet plan, there's things like jennycraig & such.
theusedfan answered Friday April 21 2006, 10:06 am: well first i must say, i think diet pills are the WORST route to go, they have side-effects and aren't natural.i think the healthiest way to lose 20 pounds is to exercise at least 3 times a week, do cardio/running/biking or some form of a work-out.eat healthy, lots of leafy green vegetables, drink lots of water, if you drink soda, DON'T, its the worst for your body.also i suggest taking multi-vitamins.do it the natural way and if you start now, theres no doubt you can lose 20 lbs by june!

Plus you sound like your a teenager or a young adult going through A lot at the moment. Let me say there is a lot of people going through the same problem as you are, though it takes time to become the wieght you would like to become.
It will take a while for you to overcome this. I can only help you with overcoming your depression, you have to be Inderpendent and start a fresh new beging, just think of it, Get yourself I nice hair cut, Changeg your clothes, start to enjoy life more and just get out there, I mean what sounds more fun, eating chips in front of a T.v. Or going out to work, getting cash, buying the things you always dreamed of and maybe even meet someone.
iiLY_BUT_iiHY_x0o answered Friday April 21 2006, 3:45 am: i recently heard about this thing called acupunctur( i have no idea how to spell it lmao) but theyll put a staple in your ear..and its supposed to make you more energetic and lose up to 30 pounds or more..youll have to work out and stuff ..but you would have to either way..it cost 30$$..i dont know where to get it done..they have certain places and people..but if you ask your doctor im sure they will know

AskTammy answered Friday April 21 2006, 3:31 am: I is possible to lose the weight by June, but you really really really need to focus. Any cheating at all foodwise will keep you from attaining that difficult goal. Here is an answer I have used in my advice column before- but it works...
I would suggest eating oatmeal or eggbeaters with added veggies for breakfast, a piece of fruit for a morning snack, a sandwhich with wheat bread, lettuce, tomatos, mustard and turkey or tuna for lunch, a fat free yogurt for a snack, and veggies with a piece of meat ( chicken, fish, turkey or lean steak- nothing breaded, only grilled or steamed) for dinner. Also, try to avoid carbs after 4pm and don't eat anything after dinner. For exercise I would run an average of 5 miles a day 3-5 times a week and swim/kickboard 100 laps in the morning for really good leg toning as well. For defined muscles do 20 lunges on each leg 4 times so that you do a total of 80 lunges. Then do the same with squats. Also do daily situps if you can. This is a great exercise routine that helped me lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks.
Also the hydrroxycut and metabolife are good for supressing hunger- but they can't be healthy for you.

I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO DO EACH THING EVERDAY! join a gym, if you have a treadmill use it, do crunches, run around the block. split them up for the days in the week. as for eating habits this is what i would do. try skipping breakfast for a day. if it works out continue skipping it. but if you feel sick skipping it then stick to eating it. for lunch have any drink you want with a small amount of food. such as instead of having 2 slices of pizza have one. do the same for dinner. if you really want to be in the dieting mode then drink diet soda or water. also in the morning have a drink. as long as you stay commited you should see results within a month or so. cait♥ [ BRUNETTE__BABiE__CAKESZ's advice column | Ask BRUNETTE__BABiE__CAKESZ A Question ]

A good body comes with hard work. Get that through your head! Not eating will make you fatter. Skipping meals will make you fatter. Severely cutting your calories will make you fatter.
You are wasting your money using those pills. They don't work...especially when you aren't exercising and eating a balanced diet.
You want to lose weight and keep it off? eat healthy foods and exercise. There you go. There's no way around it.
INeedAdvice022 answered Thursday April 20 2006, 11:52 pm: To tell you the truth im not very skinny either.. i weigh about 150 and im pretty dissapointed with myself nothing i have done has worked and i would advise you to eat nothing but veggies and fruits for a while and water and maybe try out curves for women i am 15/f so ya no its pretty bad..i no i wish there was a way that i knew of to lose weight that fast but i really dont no what to tell you becasue losing weight takes alot of time.. so i would just keep excersing and eating fruits and veggies thats the fastest way i can think of but make sure when you wokr out dont be lazy if this is what you really want you have to work for it
