Flabby thigh

what are some exersises(sp) to do that will get rid of flabby thighs?? (like on the inside)?? i used to be really fat and i lost most of the wieght but now my only problem is flabby thighs and flabby arms.

i need some exersises for those both please help i'll rate high for good answers

hey, excersize on a treadmill. if you dont have a treadmill at home then join a gym. if you knwo someone that has one ask them to use it. if that dosent work out you can always go jogging/walking around the neighborhood. cait♥

You'll need do some leg adduction and leg abduction exercises. There are variations to both the exercises, look it up and choose the one that fits you most.

Flabby arms... i think you are refering to your triceps. Here's something you can look at.

Remember, do it with weights that you are comfortable with. Don't rush... Have a good workout!!

lay on your side and move your one leg up and down slowly at least 20 times. and then the other leg. umm stretches, running especially, walking, bike riding, running up and down steps continuously. for your arms, lifting weights mostly.
