Well, youre at a healthy weight right now. Try eating fruit, not like alot of fruit cups cause the fruit is all dipped in syrup which somewhat ruins the nutrition. take count of your calorie intake and fat grams. less bread and carbs helped me. if you workout alot then you could actually gain weight in muscle, which isnt bad but dont stress over what the scale says. Youre not going to be walking around with a sign that says your weight, people are going to be looking at you, not what the scale says.
less dairie products, try eating frozen yogurt instead of ice cream, if youre a icecream fanatic; its half the calories and less fat.
walking always helps too, working up a sweat. hmm.. popsicles, try looking for sugarfree popsicles, looking at the calories. decrease amount of pastries and fatty foods.

well .. i think that you should just give it a little time before you go after the new girl, because, if it was me, then i would be crushed ( after knowing i had a chance with a guy who liked me, but then found another girl instead ). but you should give it a little time, be friends with the girl and tell her you only want to be friends, and after a couple weeks, then get to know the new girl and see if you would want her more. because, if she has a guy in her head from a past relationship, there is a high chance the relationship wont work out, because she isnt over the guy yet. and trust me, i know what thats like, not being over a guy, and dating a guy that was totally into me, and then crushing him because i couldnt stop thinking about a past relationship. and if you really want to be with the new girl, then let the first girl understand that the age difference wasnt going to work out, stay friends with her ( you didnt say if you already are ) and just dont change how you act and everything or act all weird if you get a girlfriend, thats the worst thing when a guy all goes and changes. well hope i helped, if you need any more questions or help feel free to ask.

um, well. first of all, cutting isnt that good for you. and if you expect him to stop cutting, you should expect yourself to also stop. just tell him the consiquences, and how bad it is, and he'll feel worse if he cuts, -- adults will find out and screw everything up for him, and trust me, i know this. i was a recent cutter and when my mom and adults find out, everything was screwed up, and trust me, they will find out eventually. and you'll deff. regret it. but thats not the point, its not good for you, and can lead you to do other things, you wont want to do.



and, you shouldnt help him get over her if he really likes her, tell him how you feel about him and if he likes you and feels the same way, great! but if he doesnt, im sorry, but you cant change how a person feels about someone if their really into him, and you should never get involved with a relationship or you'll hurt someone.

aw, well i dont think you should put yourself down, ever. some guys are weird and they like a girl for a certain reason other than her looks. like .. all the guys at my school go for the real tiny girls, and im not real tiny, and i dont get as many guys, and im talkative and fun too ! so it doesnt mean its my weight, and it doesnt mean your fat. it could possibly be that you are shy, and just dont go in the croud and be loud like some of the girls do, but you shouldnt change for guys .. be yourself, and eventually a guy will come along, it just hasnt been the right time for you. remember, guys arent everything! so dont stress yourself over them, it'll make things worse for you.

ask her, find out, get how she feels.. if she likes the guy named chase, then she does, if she doesnt, then she doesnt, you cant change how a girl feels.

maybe shes going through something, and scared to make a move to see how you'll react, if this is the same person, then you said shes younger right? that could be part of it.
