I read about a type of crunch called the Jackknife. * You put your hands be hand your heads and your legs straight out then bring you body up and your legs/knees to your face * and I read that this is a brutal but very effective excersise and it really helped several girls get that washboard stomach. Has anyone else ever done these and what type of results did you get?
If you really want a challenging variation...try doing regular crunches on one of those big stability balls all the way to failure. Ow. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]
