my face is fatter than my body!!

Question Posted Wednesday April 19 2006, 8:05 pm

I ussually do a lot of exercise but whenever i stop my face seems to get fatter and not my body, weird. Well to let you know how fat i'm 78 kg at the moment and my face is like a face of a 90 kg person and my body is like a 70kg person. Its seem like all the fat tends to move toawrd my face.

So is there anyway that i can do to keep my face in proportion with my body? i prefer my face looking skinnier. THX in advance

Not much you can do- it's just where you carry your weight and that varies from person to person.

Um, I don't know how to measure kgs...I live in the USA, so I use pounds...but sometimes having a "fat" face is cute. I know this girl and school and she is not fat but not too skinny and she has a..."fat" face and all the boys like her and all the girls are jealous of her. So just accept yourself the way you are, and make the best of your imperfections. ♥

hey, well i am not sure about this... but what kind of exercises are you doing? running? i know that running is the best exercise to do to loose weight ALL over your body, including your face. a lot of people that i know, that have lost weight by running, have also lost a lot of fat in their face. so if you are not running, try doing that and that should help.

however, if you do run and you still have this problem, then i am not sure what you can do. there are no specific facial exercises or anything lol. are you sure this is actually happening and you are not just seeing things? sometimes people see things in their own bodies that others don't see. ask someone who you trust and would give you an honest opinion if they agree with you.

lastly, i am not sure if this is an option for you because it is very expensive and risky, but plastic surgery could be an answer. liposuction or something along those lines might help... make an appointment with a plastic surgeon and see what they say if you wish. but honestly, like i said i don't think this is as big of a problem as you might think. hope i helped!

Well there isn't really anything you can do about your face, since the place under your chin is just a place where extra body fat is put. I know a lot of thin people who have double chins (you know what I mean, a little bit of fat under their chin) but it's just because that's the way God made them. Don't worry, a lot of people have it and it's normal. Sorry if this wasn't the answer you were looking for =[
