What are some work out / excersises I can do at my house.
I dont have weights or any athletic machines.
I have 12 pound bar bell thingies and a punching bag
I want to get more toned (not thinner) just more toned..
what are some excercises i can do?

well this is what i do each day to stay in shape:
120 crunches
20 leg lifts on each side
20 "superman" stretches
v-sit moving arms up and down 20 times
10 push-ups
it's been working pretty well for me

To tone up yoou can do stuff like yoga or tai chi! YOU can buy 2nd hand tapes or something and you can also do like push ups and crunches and stuf ]
You Dont Nessisarly Need Objects To Help To Exercise. You Can Run Your Neighborhood And Time Your Self! Push Ups And Stuff Like That. Be Sure To STETCH though SO You Dont Hurt A Musle Before You Work Out! And You Got A Punching Bag So Take A Few Swings! Keep A Healthy Pace And Dont Over Work! Hope It Helps!
