Hello, I was just wondering if anyone out there has tried that 6 second ab thing,where you put it on your lap & you push down until it clicks 3 times? Does it work, because I am not really feeling it. Also, I am actually not HUGE, but, of course everything I eat must stay right in my stomach. Any ideas on how to make it flatter by summer?

Hey, I was wondering if annyone has a good exercise plan and eating plan for a more healthy diet. Im not fat, Im about 110 llbs, but my goal is to get a flatter stomache and toner bod. Any ideas? Thanks!

Chest excersize?

I have quite a thin frame compared to my chest (32d) under my chest you can see my ribs if I breathe in but I'm quite tall. I am quite an active person and my chest gets in the way sometimes when I want to do running and stuff, so I was wondering are there any good excersises I could do to reduce my chest size, even just a bit?

well i want to lose weight on my legs thighs especially and i want to do it quickly any ideas please help. my self esteem is lowering as we speak because people say im fat and i know i am but its killing me inside and i need help with losing the weight exercizing or i might just not eat. ill rate 5's.

what other exercizes can i do that will work quickly like get rid of most of the fat in like 2 weeks or less.

There is this tea that helps you lose weight very fast. But you have to order it. Does anyone know of a drink that I could drink instead of meals that would help me lose weight? Preferablly one that I could buy at a grocery store! Please don't say water!

Hi im 15/f and i was wondering what exercises can i do to make me have a "flatter" butt? What foods should i stay away from? Like what foods go straight to your butt? I've GAINED weight, how is that possible?

oh my gosh, you guys..I thought I was doing so great! 2 months ago, I measured my waist, and it was 77 cm all around, and since then I've counted every single calorie, worked out 30 minutes every day, both running and boxing and even some weight lifting, and also swimming, I made sure to keep it very variated, and today it's been exactly 2 months, and I looked to see my progress and it was 82 cm all arounf my waist! I've been crying for an hour now, how is that possible? How could I have GAINED weight, when I've done everything to LOSE weight?
I promise you I havn't cheated with what I've been eating, or my excersize..that's why I was so surprised, I thought I was doing so well!!

Help me please!!

already doing cardio; how to do weight

Hey fitness people! =)
I'm gettin ready for summer by changing my body into..well, fit and fabolous.
So I'm already jump roping/running 45 minutes a day, but recently I found out it won't make me lose weight + get a fit body unless I combine it with some weight lifting or workouts of those forms, so there's a problem with this; I'm under 16 and not allowed to join a gym.
How can I work on the muscle-building part of getting skinnier AT HOME? what can I do, that actually works, and won't need to by extra equipment? will just simple crunches and push-ups do? or do I acrtually need WEIGHT ?

Overeating and Bulimic

Hi im 15/f and I am what you can call it a "semi-bulimic"

i am "semi-bulimic" because i only purge when i feel i need to...

you know what i mean? like if i feel i ate a lot

which i feel that right now ...because i decided to go on like no bread or potato or cake and snack crap... only for a week like south beach diet... but nooo i hate to eat the fricken cup cake (not one but 5)
and i had to have potatoes and bread...

I knew i was full when i was eating cakes...but i shoved that in anyways because it tasted so good...ugh and now im feeling rly full and feel really guilty that i couldnt control my stupid
temtation i had... so yeah...
