KELLY_ELIZABETH answered Friday May 12 2006, 8:32 pm: everyone has unwanted flab in these areas. heres some ideas to help you with that.. you can always take up pilates or kickboxing. those are fun ways to get in shape and who knows- maybe even make some great new friends! i foudn you two sites that will help with what you want to change and tone.. visit them and try what these say, i know for a fact they work =)
