workout ideas i want to loose some weight in my thighs, waist, and butt what are some things i could do to do that?

You should play DDR. It's really fun and you can have a great workout! I've lost a few pounds playing that. :) ]
try jogging, it targets all those areas when you actually jog.(walking and swinging your hands fast does not count) ]
everyone has unwanted flab in these areas. heres some ideas to help you with that.. you can always take up pilates or kickboxing. those are fun ways to get in shape and who knows- maybe even make some great new friends! i foudn you two sites that will help with what you want to change and tone.. visit them and try what these say, i know for a fact they work =)
