Hello, I was just wondering if anyone out there has tried that 6 second ab thing, where you put it on your lap & you push down until it clicks 3 times? Does it work, because I am not really feeling it. Also, I am actually not HUGE, but, of course everything I eat must stay right in my stomach. Any ideas on how to make it flatter by summer?
A razor sharp 6 pack isn't happening in 2 weeks, a month and not even a year and let's not forget the work it takes to maintain it once you have it. And no- don't listen to people who say that we all have abs and that a layer of bodyfat just covers them from view- that's just ridiculous. Work for it. It lets you customize your workout so you can pick what you want. She has workouts for your abs, stretching, thighs and legs, upper body, and also cardio. The abs secction is only about 20 minutes and the more determined you are the quicker the results. Plus the DVD comes with a guide on healthy eating. Best of luck! Also try Abs of Steel. All work great as long as you stay focused and work out regularly.

I know something that works very well to make your stomach flatter/give you abs.. lay down let someone stand and you grab there feet.. slightly raise your legs off the ground.. let the person that is standing have there hands out..then you raise your legs to their hands and then they push your feet down but you have to stop them from touching the ground.. keep doing that about 100 a night and it should give you a flatter stomach by the summer =) hope i helped
