i've been really moody about the past month or 2. does that make me bi-polar? what is bi-polar?
what is a sign of my moodyness?
help

your not bi polor my sister is it's ok if your moody teenagers and sometimes adults get stresed out so it causes us to be moody bi polar is when you get from super happy then all the sudden you get really mad and you could be super happy then get sad it's like your feelings change instantly my sister has bi polar she takes pillz for if you think you could have it tell your doctor he/she could help and being moody could be that your depressed i don't know but i think that you should ask your doctor about this he/she could really help GOODLUCK !!

moodiness doesn't necesarilly mean you are bi polar..bi polar is being manic, which means extreme feelings of elation (extremely happy) and then quickly plummeting and feeling extremely unhappy and depresseion and it cles that way..so i think ur fine

Nah, moodiness doesn't mean you're bi-polar. People with bi-polar disorder go through extremely extreme ups and downs. When they're up, they'll be happier than a normal person has ever been in thiner life. So happy, that some go and spend all their money at once. And when they're down, their so depressed they think everything sucks and the world is coming to an end.

You're probably just going though mood swings. You'll leave them behind soon enough. I went through the same thing. Most people do, so you aren't alone.

Bi-polar is a kind of depression. It means you change moods a lot, you don't need much sleep, act happy & then get sad. It doesn't neceseraly mean that you are bi-polar. Stress can also cause mood swings.
