adviceme3 answered Tuesday May 16 2006, 5:13 pm: Also, if you don't intend on spending tons of money. There are some arcades that have DDR or a DDR-like game. (Much Cheaper, like 50 cents.) [ adviceme3's advice column | Ask adviceme3 A Question ]

smcheerleadingx answered Tuesday May 16 2006, 5:01 pm: It's called Dance Dance Revolution. One guy lost 80 pounds playing 2 hours of it for a few months.
I love playing it because it's a video game and a work out. I recommend trying it. Once you get started you never want to quit.
If you're considering buying it, keep in mind that it can get pricey (you need a PlayStation or Xbox first of all) and you need to buy the game and mat seperately. I got my at Gamestop.
I researched a little for you! I'm having trouble explaining it so just read that article and it will have everything you need!
If you want to purchase it, you need to either have Play Station or X-box, or Gamecube if you want the Mario version of it. If you have any of these game systems & you're still confused on what DDR is then just go to a video game store & ask someone who works there. It's really good if you want to lose weight. "It's easy to learn but almost impossible to master." I got that line off a website.
