loosing wieght I dont want to loose a lot, just like 5 or 6 LBs. anyone have any good tips on how to loose a few pounds fast?? tell me please!

Do you know how much 5 lbs really is when it's actual bodyfat and not water? Thats a lot of weight. Do you really need to ask- it seems pretty obvious, just eat right and exercise. Theres no shortcuts. ]
Working out is always best, running, situps, swimming, etc. but whenit comes to a healthier diet, cutting things out like soda always help. If you drink soda regularly (almost every day) it is very bad. If you cut out soda for a couple of months, even weeks, it should help a lot. Also just putting an extra something in like a bananna in the mornin or some yogurt in the afternoon is good for your body. Another tip is to not eat late before goin to sleep because it sits in your stomach overnight and turns into fat. But if you eat something healthy like grapes or a fruit an hour or two before bed then it should help brun calories while you sleep.

Cardio is always the best way to get in shape and loose weight. I suggest running, swimming, or dancing. Good luck and hope this helps.
