If you drink soda regularly (almost every day) it is very bad. If you cut out soda for a couple of months, even weeks, it should help a lot. Also just putting an extra something in like a bananna in the mornin or some yogurt in the afternoon is good for your body. Another tip is to not eat late before goin to sleep because it sits in your stomach overnight and turns into fat. But if you eat something healthy like grapes or a fruit an hour or two before bed then it should help brun calories while you sleep.
