exercise plans

Hey, I was wondering if annyone has a good exercise plan and eating plan for a more healthy diet. Im not fat, Im about 110 llbs, but my goal is to get a flatter stomache and toner bod. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hey-- a good way for a flat stomach is pilates and eating healthier. watch your calories and do crunches every night.. it really helps.. good luck!

I had the same problem. I asked my P.E teacher how to get a flatter stomach and she said to do abdominal excersises. So thats mostly situps, curl-ups, crunches. There all pretty much the same thing.
Another thing you could do is try to keep your stomach in [not hold your breath] for long periods of time and that will help strengthen your abs.
