I've been following a plan I saw in a magazine and its working out great!
Do crunches, about 3 reps of 20 or so a night, slowly working up the number of reps each day. This will tone the muscles in your abs.
Now to melt away that fat, you need to do about 30 minutes of cardio as much as you can, try dancing in your room to upbeat music, jogging, running, taeboe, theres really alot of options. Just make sure your sweating :)
For those thighs, try leg lifts and running, like I said, lifts will tone the muscle, cardio will melt away the fat.
Remember to keep on a healthy diet, take out the soda. Replacing 2-5 sodas a day with a glass of water can help you lose about 5 lbs. in a week!!
