What is considered "reasonable compensation" for an injury?

My 7 mo. old daughter recently had her finger burnt by a waiter at a large childrens pizza chain. Nothing serious, just a small blister, but still almost 5 hours of screaming in pain. The company offered us "reasonable compensation" for her pain and asked my husband and I to come up with an amount. Neither one of us has been through this before so our question is, What amount would be considered Reasonable. Any Suggestions?

What To Wear To A Job Interview

I applied to a movie theater some time ago, and they called me yesterday for an interview. My interview is tomorrow, and I have no idea what to wear. I was thinking of wearing a cardigan, nice jeans, heels and a black shirt but I don't know if that's okay or not. I really need help because I don't really have anything business-y and I don't want to make a bad impression with my attire.
Any ideas?

Hi there,
I think I'm undereating sometimes, but at other times I think I'm overeating. I have a food journal, and I'm really calorie conscious.
So I was wondering how many calories I should be consuming if I exercise 4-5 days a week at about an hour to an hour and a half. I'd say I do moderate exercise.

So this kid I like goes to my school, but we dont have classes together. Soon I found out he had an instand messanger and he was also SINGLE, and I started to talk to him. He's really funny and has a personality that was sooo amazing. Everything was perfectly normal, we talked and flirted. However, one day I told the guy i started to like him, and in about an hour this girl messages me and says stop flirting with her bf. For me that was a blow to my face, so I told her I would back off. After that incident, I messaged the guy I liked and i asked him if he had a girlfriend. He said YES! And that really upset me and i told him I wouldnt have liked him if he told me that he already had a gf. After that we talked and we cooled things down.

My boyfriend and i broke up just about 2 weeks ago (he broke up with me ). 19/f so there's this guy in my class i liked him and i thought he liked me, but he didn't. He smiled and talked to me in class and on facebook, so i misinterpreted it, especially when he gave me his business card since he's a fitness trainer at this gym. And i called him so many times, and then i texted him and he told me he had a girlfriend. so basically i s talked him like a moron. And now he gives me death stares all the time. And now i feel bad, and i can't stop thinking about it no matter how hard i try. I want to say sorry to him and that i want to start over and be friends. Should i apologize? like to his face? please help thanks!

Emo kid

im 14/f and have a male friend who is "emo" he cuts the lot, but deep down i think he is only doing it for attention, truely there is nothing wrong with his life, although he thinks he is fat but thats about it.
He wants to kill himself, and hates when im happy around him, he makes me say horrible things to make him happy.
i dont know what to do!
also he is sharing a razor with two ther chicks in my grade....im scared they are going to get sick.

im worried if we were to fight the pet is going to be in the middle.

A couple of months ago i slept with a mate of mine, after we did it he stopped talking to me for a couple of weeks when we were at school.

Did you all know that prank phone calls are illegal???I didnt and i made a call last week and unfortunately it was a LAWYER!!!Im in deep shit and he is pressing charges and i could go to Y.D.C. and im hoping to god that he drops the charges otherwise im FUCKED!!!but i could really use some tips to hepl me out in my case to calm the lawyer down so i dont get in as deep as i am right now.
