i have a cute butt its small but has a curve but i'd like it to be a little bigger and stick out more without being flabby. what are the easiest ways to do this?

I know green tea boosts your metabolism, but I also have heard if you eat a tablespoon of peanut butter before bed, it helps boost it too. Is that true or just total BS?

Ok so i'm 14 im 5'2 about 104 pounds. Ok well my problem is that i want my stomach to be flat and look good i mean its pretty much flat now but i have that band under my belly button. How do i fix this problem?

hey I'm 5'8 and about 112 pounds what is a healthy weight to be at? I know I'm not fat but for some reason I like looking like I'm almost too skinny some people already think I'm anorexic but is it still okay to loose more weight?

if i run for about an hour a day for maybe 5 or 6 days [[yes-i do stretch and take precautions and make shure i am fully hydrated]] how long do you think until i will lose 5 pounds?

I want to go on a diet, but not a strict one. So I was wondering, if I drink nothing but water and eat KIND OF healthy, will I lose weight? When I say kind of healthy, I mean like no candy or junk food.

Okay, well I have fat.
Obviously,
but like I have ab muscles,
I can feel them,
but they are under a lot of fat.
Its the same things with my hips, thighs and upper arms.
I know running burns fat, but is there anything else that works as well? How about jumping rope or something? I just hate running. Any help would be much appreciated.

i have a question.....im thirteen and im 4'9 and im 115 pounds and im a woman.....but i have streach marks on my legs.does that mean im gettin bigger than what im supposed to be at my age or does that mean im just gettin FAT and nedd to lose some weight????

Every time I go on my trampoline, I just jump regular and my head will start THROBBING and hurting really bad..does anyone know why this is or if its normal?

Every time I excercise I get bruises on my legs. Why? I do not hit anything.

Please Help Me.
My birthday is in less than a month and I NEED A FLAT STOMACH. I am getting my navel pierced on mu brithday or some days before that. Can someone please help me get my stomach flatter, its not outrageous big, but it's not the flat that I want it. Can you please give me some effective workouts that will trigger my stomach and abs or whatever. THank u so much in advance

i got the new seventeen, the one with lc from laguna beach on the cover. theres a toned body workout. i want to try it. i know everyone is gonna say that you need cardio too, but the workout has cardio included. it says to do it like, 3 days a week i think. if i did it 3-5 days a week (plus what i usually do almost every day.(ride bikes, dance when i have dance camp, walking around, stuff like that) ). im not fat or anything, i just need to slim down my upper thighs and lower stomach a little bit. so has anyone tried that workout, and if so, how good did it work. thanks<3

i dont work out very reguarly but every once in a while i get into this exercise freak mode and work out for about a month, mainly on my stomach.
my stomach muscle is very firm, but i have a not so thick layer of fat right over my stomach [i am aware that everyone has to have that layer of fat there] but it's concealing my muscle. my question is-- if i started to do crunches and sit ups on a regular basis would i eventually thin out the layer of fat or do i have to create a specific diet for myself to do that?

My knee has been like hurting lately.
When I say lately, I mean for about a 3 weeks?
It like hurts when I move it a certain way and cracks a lot.
Like yesterday, I barely bumped it on my computer desk.
And it hurt so bad, I nearly cryed.
Going to the doctors is not an option.
My mom thinks its all in my head.
What could be wrong?

I am 13/f and when ever i go to gym (i know its kinda discusting but) i have like sweat marks wicked low and you can totaly notice them i get wicked imbarrest cause i ahve to go like that for the res of the day and it never wears what colored shirt i where it always shows what can i do about it (and don't tell me to use deoderent) cause i do
