hey !
if i run for about an hour a day for maybe 5 or 6 days [[yes-i do stretch and take precautions and make shure i am fully hydrated]] how long do you think until i will lose 5 pounds?

Running alone, you will probably loose 5 pounds in 2-4 weeks, depending on your age and metabolism. If you eat a healthy diet, you could loose 5 pounds in around 2 weeks. But be careful- don't try to loose too much too fast. For a young teen, it isn't healthy to loose over 5-8 pounds a month, depending on height and current weight, and for an older teen or adult over 10 pounds. Which takes me about an hour. Eat before you go on a walk. It makes your metablism faster. I lose weight really weird though, it only took me like 3 days to loose 10 pounds. But, it will probaly take you like a week. Inless, you're like me. But, I don't know. I'm weird haha
xo_minela answered Friday July 21 2006, 1:17 pm: You`ll probably loose it in 3 days but it depends what you eat , don`t eat fat foods after you run because then you`re weight obviously won`t change at all try eating fruits and salads and toher things like that , & don`t think any soda only water! Hope i helped! Good Luck! ♥ [ xo_minela's advice column | Ask xo_minela A Question ]
