i got the new seventeen, the one with lc from laguna beach on the cover. theres a toned body workout. i want to try it. i know everyone is gonna say that you need cardio too, but the workout has cardio included. it says to do it like, 3 days a week i think. if i did it 3-5 days a week (plus what i usually do almost every day.(ride bikes, dance when i have dance camp, walking around, stuff like that) ). im not fat or anything, i just need to slim down my upper thighs and lower stomach a little bit. so has anyone tried that workout, and if so, how good did it work. thanks<3

yea i got that magazine. it takes a while to notice results, because slimmer thighs wont happen over night. ive been doing it for about 2 weeks(?) and i think its pretty affective ]

I read that magazine as well. Ive tried these workouts that they put in the magazine, but it never works for me. Im not very enthusiastic when it comes to working out, so you will probably have more luck with it. I totally think you should try it out though, you never know until you actually try right?
