Hi.
I want to go on a diet, but not a strict one. So I was wondering, if I drink nothing but water and eat KIND OF healthy, will I lose weight? When I say kind of healthy, I mean like no candy or junk food.

If you take out the candy and junk food, you will be healthier. No doubt about that. But it depends. If you stop eating candy, but eat more fruit than you did or something like that, then you won't lose weight.
What I suggest is eat everything you eat now, except in smaller portions and without candy/junk food (like chips). Also, add one hour of non-stop exercise to your day. It can be walking, swimming, running, jogging, bikeriding, you name it, as long as you do it for an hour.
If you do all of that, then you should lose some weight. I'm not promising anything, though. It could take days or it could take weeks.

it would be a pound or too
im trying to do the same thing
and what i did was drink nothing but water for almost 3 weeks now
and excersise for about 20 minutes a day or sometimes more
and you HAVE to eat healthy.
