My birthday is in less than a month and I NEED A FLAT STOMACH. I am getting my navel pierced on mu brithday or some days before that. Can someone please help me get my stomach flatter, its not outrageous big, but it's not the flat that I want it. Can you please give me some effective workouts that will trigger my stomach and abs or whatever. THank u so much in advance
pinkers answered Thursday July 20 2006, 2:44 pm: If you have fat sitting on your stomach, dont do just crunches. Try running 1 mile the first days (about three days) then kick it up to two. That will burn fat. Doing crunches doesn't get rid of the fat on your stomach. Also, stay away from high calorie sauces, potatoes, corn and high carbs.
