Bruises

Question Posted Thursday July 20 2006, 3:47 pm

Every time I excercise I get bruises on my legs. Why? I do not hit anything.
I dance and I have like knots on my feet. How did I get this knots and what can I do to get rid of them?
Thank you

i think maybe you have sensitive skin so i think you should take it easy and not to exercise to hard and maybe go to a pharmacy and see if they have anything to protect your skin with
