I want to lose fat, but i hate running... Okay, well I have fat.
Obviously,
but like I have ab muscles,
I can feel them,
but they are under a lot of fat.
Its the same things with my hips, thighs and upper arms.
I know running burns fat, but is there anything else that works as well? How about jumping rope or something? I just hate running. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey, I despise running and Iam a personal trainer but you gotta do what you gotta do right?
If you Half-ass everything then it isn't going to give you optimal results. Jump rope unless you do it non-stop for an hour and a half isn't going to give you anywhere near the same results as a 10 minute run. Stop complaining and go and break a sweat and be thankful that you have the ability to run in the first place. ]
lol same here. i have a 6 pack under all my fatness. and i also hate running. but lately i've been going for 6 mile walks and like 10 mile bike rides about twice every like 3 days and drinking ALOT of water. if you drink 10 glasses of ice water a day, you burn 300 calories. ]

yeah jumping rope burns A LOT of calories. or if you have DDR you can try doing that. there is a workout mode on their too :] ]
