Hey i need healthy fun games yo Hey im trying to lose like 5 or 6 pounds and i was wondering if anyone new any outside games i could play with my brother or sister or even both

there is a varity of options. Since it's summer you can do a lot of physical activites outside such as going for walks, riding bikes, skateboarding, basketball, soccer, baseball, dance to some music. Another option is you could join the local ymca they have a ton of fun things to do with your family plus there is a gym so you can work out and get into shape. I hope this helps.

Really, you could do a lot. You could go surfing, if you live anywhere that you can do that, or you could jump rope. Both are enjoyable and burn a lot of calories. I'm glad that you are choosing to be active with your brother and sister. ]
hi-you could go for a bike ride, do a triatholon(how ever you spell it), soccer, basketball, manhunt (at night when you have nothing else to do), kickball, baseball, street hockey(to exercise a lot, you should be center), run around the block or go to a neighbors house and ask if they want to play so you have more players. it will be fun to do this. i hope i helped.

Dodgeball, badminton, kickball ]
football, basketball, baseball, dodgeball , hide end go seek , volleyball, tennis , duck duck goose , run around playing with the hose, man hunt , races , arobics , tag ,or you can make up a game that has a bunch of running around in it ]
if you so much as take walks, you'll lose weight. play sports, swim, ride a bike, but be careful, its realllly hott!!! ]
Basketball, Tag, Dancing. Idk, All kinds of things. Try makeing up things. Tell me how it works out!

Go swimming. Anything thats physical will help. Like kick ball,tennis,basketball,football,catch,ect.
