Frustrated by Food!

I'm 19/F and about 125 pounds. I know for a fact I'm not fat, but I'm not in shape! Before I get myself into a fitness routine, I'm trying to fix my diet. I tend to binge eat sometimes out of boredom and just to feed my emotions. I feel physically stuffed all the time and I hate this feeling! What is a food plan that I could stick to? I'm looking for a 1500 calorie plan. things I like are:
brown rice, shredded wheat cereal, whole wheat pasta, salsa, beans, fruit, sweet potatoes, peanut butter...so, I know what's healthy: I just have gotten a little bored. um, I'll eat most things except for salads. I'm willing to eat healthy, but salads just aren't my thing! anymore food suggestions??? and how should I fit these meals into my day? thank you!

black and red vintage room?

hi. im moving soon and i get the chance to redo my room which doesnt come very much. so i love vintage things. i was thinkin about having my room vintagy but with my own personal twist to it. i love red and black. so my ideas were that i want to have a whole wall of mismatched vintage frames along it. and maybe a whole wall red, or the top half of the walls bein red and the bottom being cream or something. i want other ideas please and please have a picture along with it. i also need new bedding so maybe if someone could send me links to good vintage beeing that woul dbe cool. thanks.

South Beach and Low GI

I started the South Beach Diet 5 days ago and I feel like absolute crap. I am so sick of meats, cheeses, and veggies. I feel nauseous all the time and I have to force myself to eat (so I'm getting under 1000 calories a day and I know thats not good). I feel that if I switch over to a low GI diet, with a few more carbs, that I'd feel a lot better. Should I stick the rest of phase one out(a week and a half left)?

so some may think this is trashy, but it's one of the things that really turns me on .. hickeys OR even just kissing the neck.
i've only gotten a hickey once, and it was just me and this guy having fun and nothing else came of it but when he was kissing my neck and sucking on it .. it felt so unbelieveably good and turned me on so much.

(male/18) So my best female friend stayed the night at my house last night like she usually does a few times a month! but what started out as a soft neck massage.. ended up with us sleeping in the same bed and flirting and cuddling and talking ALL night..i think im starting to like her ALOT more then just a friend.... and she seems to feel the same way BUT she is really into (and practically dating) this other guy... im so bummed out cause 1)she is my best friend and i dont want to make a move or tell her anything that might make things awkward and 2) i care for her so much that i just want her to be happy wether we are just friend or we are dating.. i dont know what my next move is but all i know is i cant get her out of my head! random yellow vaginal discharge

hey,
I sometimes get odourless yellow vaginal discharge.. Not always. Its kinda random and occurs for maybe a few days at a time and them returns to the usual odourless white discharge.
And when I eat mayonaise, my discharge gets a little thicker and smells like mayonaise.. Is that normal? That and the random yellow discharge.
Im 18 and not a virgin. I dont have any itching or pain at my vagina, or any bumps.. If that helps.

So, long story short..(Well, I'll try my best). I dated my ex for about 6-7 months when I was 16-17. I broke up with him because we were fighting and we didn't know how to talk it out and he kept pissing me off.
Few weeks later, I told him I made a mistake and we were going to casually date and just see how things goes. Well, then he started dating a friend of mine (we are no longer friends) and they broke up.

So my parents are going out of state for the weekend coming up & they NEVER leave so i'm pretty excited. i want to invite this guy over, hoping things get pretty intense :) but i don't really know how to ask him. i rarely ask him to hang out .. i always let him ask me because i'm scared of rejection. i kind of want him to know that i want things to go further sexually and this would be the perfect time so when i ask do i say come over my parents are gone ;] or what would you guys do? or just say something like i'm lonely will you come over? i just wish i could hint at it instead of flat out asking him because here we go again w/me and the rejection thing. i don't know what would you guys do or say?? thanks!:)

hp laptop won't charge

i have an hp laptop that i got new in august before i left for school. today i noticed that it won't charge. when it's plugged in, the plug icon shows up by the battery so it recognizes it, but rather than showing the battery charging like it usually does, it just sits steady at a low percentage and when i unplug it, it's nearly dead. it'll stay on as long as i have it plugged up so it's gotta be recognizing the power source, but charging is the problem. what can i do? also i don't know much about computer problems and i'm a poor college student haha, so hopefully nothing too complicated!
