I have raised my sister since she was 14 and now she is 19 and pregnant.. father is in jail. she has spent $25,000 and is broke. our parents died and i am her only family. she has a tramic brain injury, which basically means she shouldnt drink or do drugs, but she does. Her judgement is bad. She wont listen to me. she does not have a job and she dropped out of high school. She hangs out with random guys from online. (she once had a run in with a pimp) I dont want to kick her out, but i dont want to support her forever. But most of all i dont want her to think i approve and i dont want to help her kill her self. what should i do? I love her, but i am tired of this.

White or tan?

So I'm italian, and I'm pressured by family/friends/media to have a tan because most italians have tanned skin.
I'm naturally light skinned (not pale) but I do tan easily. The thing is, I'm so tired of tanning..and I don't want to ruin my skin. And I hate fake tanning products! I tried it and it's so annoying having to waste my time reapplying each day. But, I feel like every guy prefers girls to have tanned skin; on TV all you see is tanned skin! I'm fine with my skin color overall. Do guys really care what your skin tone is? Does it matter if your just plain white or tan?

Okay... uhm. Here's how it's going. I got dumped by a toootal a$$. Anyway. I've moved on, its been about... two months? And I like this boy, we'll call him J. So, i'm having a sweet 16 -- there will be a LOT of dancing with a DJ. i know some people aren't the dancing type, so what are some other things to do? I'll have food & tables, but i feel like thats not enough at all, you know?

Me and this girl started talking and really like eachother. The thing is, shes my aunts sister's husbands daughter ( aunts sister's step daughter ..he didnt have her with my aunts sister ). My aunt is together with my uncle (my uncle is the actual blood relation to me not my aunt). So there is like family realtions but not like blood relations. My question, if you understand any of this at all is...are we too close or too related to be bf/gf or to close for anyone like my aunt or uncle or her family to think its weird, if they think its weird are they right? I feel...Lonely. It's not like I don't have SOME friends. I do, it's just that, I never want to be with them until I am on the verge of tears.
Recently, I have been rather taken with my best friend and I'm close with him and his family, but then on Facebook, I see that he went to a nearby beach with his family and a girl(who I'm also friends with).
Now, this girl is close friends with his older brother and maybe that's why she was there. I know I'm being clingy and paranoid but I just feel that I need to move on.
How do I do that? This boy has taken 5 years of my life with him. I want to make other friends, closer friends, and maybe be with someone. But, how do I go about it? Especially in the summer?
