I dont know what to do! But it doesn't matter how much I eat, it all goes to my stomach, butt, and thighs! My arms are soo skinny and it looks terrible! What can i do to gain a little weight on them. To make them look bigger, fatter. haha thanks for the adivce?

I'm 12, 5'3, and weigh 140lbs. I dont really appear fat or anything, but the numbers on the scale dont lie. (well actually its say 120, but my family thinks its wrong. I dunno if its 140 though, but it would be close to that.) Also, I'm black, and my mom said that we have like.. more bones or something? Although that seems like a crappy escuse for just being heavy, though it may be true, hah. I mean, I eat healthy and stuff, always things at home like.. african foods like do-do, spinach, fufu and ocra, rice, pasta (okay, not all african foods, but its not like i eat pizza and icecream every month. we hardly even get to eat that stuff, but i dont mind too much cause im used to it.) And i try to limit porportions.. especially in america where...

I am 178cm tall and I weigh 66kg. I don't look fat at all, but I don't have an obvious jawline. Is there any ways I could do to have a sharp jawline like celebrities?

im 13/f and i weigh 140 im pretty much FAT and i hate it. my goal is to be 120 by the end of october. i need you to tell me what a good diet is.. like what food to eat and im only 13. i cant cook that well.so give me som easy stuff for breakfast lunch and dinner.. and i was also thinking about walking like and hour a day and a workout from on demand.or do you wanna give me a workout plan? tell me if this is a good plan or not. please!!!

ok so saturday at our choir carwash i got sunburned. i was outside from 1 to 4 and when i got home i had a burn on my shoulders, my neck, and my neckline from my tank top. i aslo have a burn from right above my knees to my ankle on the back side of my leg. I dont really care that i have the burn because its my fault for not wearing any sunscreen but i was wondering how long sunburns usually last, because i havent had one in a couple of years. so how soon or how long do sunburns usually last, id say its a mild sunburn, ive had worse, but ive had better too. thanks!

I used to play sports pretty much 24/7, all the time. Lately I haven't really been playing as much sports and I used to and I'm getting out of shape. I was wondering if anyone had good ideas of what kind of diet to have and what kind of fitness or workout routine they do that really helps them. It would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 15/f and I really want to get more in shape and shed a few pounds, I usually try to run but thats about it. I really would like to do palaites. How would I do that. Can I do it home, do I need a video or something?
And would palaties help me becuase more lean and thinner in the stomach, upper arm, and upper leg area?

okay, so im on my schools soccer team and even though our season is almost half way done, i still want help.
so basically, at the beginning of every practice we have to run a mile and im always one of the last people in and im dead tired. i want to be a better runner, and overall, FASTER because i need to be able to sprint really fast too. what all should i do that would help me be a better runner??
