work out plan 13/f/8th grade. i am skinny already, but i want to get toned. i want nice abs, legs, and arms. what would a good solid work out plan be for me? it wold be nice if it involved jogging ;)

yes, actually it would help. also try doing alot of sit ups and crunches. and to make your arms stronger try lifting heavy things. but not heavy like crasy heavy. enough so that you can lift it without killing yourself ]
Pilates is rad yo. Do curl ups, push ups, jogging can tone your legs. WEight liftings a good one to tone ]
