Tell you how? It just depends on how much you exercise and how much food you eat. If you're sitting there on your butt not being active and just eating alot of unhealthy foods your metabolism for one becomes slow and you can't dissolve/digest foods easily which might cause more weight and plus, just sitting there likeI said doesn't help me. If you want to lose weight, you need to start exercising and focusing on a more healthier and stricter diet like salads and fruits and vegtables and maybe allow yourself a snack every couple of days.
