orphans answered Friday September 22 2006, 12:51 pm: well in school we do something, which takes place in the gym sometimes, not out side. well first you do burpees, then laterel jumps, then push out a medicine ball from youur chest outwards, then squats, then skipping, then sit ups, then running from one side of the room to another, then push ups. do each for about 30secs each then increase the time. limit yourself to a 10 sec break between each activity. sounds like a lot but trust me it isnt. A cardio exercise video/dvd. Some housework gives you a good workout, cleaning windows energetically, washing floors, moving furniture around etc, and you get a super clean house at the end of it. If you strap some weights to you whilst doing all this, that will also increase the cardio vascular imput.
Hope that helps. [ isis's advice column | Ask isis A Question ]
