I am a firm believer that if you "give" a person a fish - you feed them for a day, but if you "TEACH" a person to fish they can feed themselves for a lifetime. I am about helping people to help themselves. My area of expertise is in relationships, spirituality and self healing either physically, mentally emotionally or spiritually.

I've been a member of many forums. It did not start out that way but over the years many people have come to me for advice and my opinion.

I was told not too long ago that I should become an advice columnist. A "Dear Abby" of the internet so to speak. So here I am. Giving it a try and testing the waters.

I have no special qualifications for this other than a sincere heart and lifes experiences.

What can people do for cardio inside there house?
dont suggest a treadmill.

4,6, or 8 count squat thrusts ought to do the trick. Done properly they will not only wear you out, but they will exercise and tone your entire body all in one exercise. Search the web about them. They are great!

I have practiced the Martial Art of Black Dragon Kung Fu for many years. Yes, it WILL help you lose weight, but you have to do the exercises and combine it with a good diet.

I dont know what to do! But it doesn't matter how much I eat, it all goes to my stomach, butt, and thighs! My arms are soo skinny and it looks terrible! What can i do to gain a little weight on them. To make them look bigger, fatter. haha thanks for the adivce?

To put some muscle on those arms try this. Do a set of regular push ups and kind of super set them with some arm curls using a dumbell. I do like 10 complete sets like this three times a week and my arms are HUGE. Hope this helps
