I dont know what to do! But it doesn't matter how much I eat, it all goes to my stomach, butt, and thighs! My arms are soo skinny and it looks terrible! What can i do to gain a little weight on them. To make them look bigger, fatter. haha thanks for the adivce?
SpiritGenie answered Monday October 2 2006, 11:49 am: To put some muscle on those arms try this. Do a set of regular push ups and kind of super set them with some arm curls using a dumbell. You can't control where your fat goes, so instead, try to gain muscle in your arms. Do push ups, lift weights, swim. whatever. A little bit of muscle on your arms looks better than fat anyway :)

MelLeDisko answered Sunday October 1 2006, 4:01 pm: Start doing some pushups and some other arm exercises a couple of times every day and so you can gain some muscle on them, but don't over-do the exercise unless you REALLY want muscles, just do it enough so they'll get slightly bigger.
