Does anyone have the workout video BYOU? [[with Sabrina Bryan]] Does it actually work? I just got it and i was wondering. I heard on a review some girl lost 3 pounds in a week. Stories are welcome! =]

i bought the workout video. and yes it really does work.i didn't lose three pounds in a week, but i did lose some and still am. id reccomend it. i'm down 6 pound and i've been doing it for a month.
