im 13/f and i weigh 140 im pretty much FAT and i hate it. my goal is to be 120 by the end of october. i need you to tell me what a good diet is.. like what food to eat and im only 13. i cant cook that well.so give me som easy stuff for breakfast lunch and dinner.. and i was also thinking about walking like and hour a day and a workout from on demand.or do you wanna give me a workout plan? tell me if this is a good plan or not. please!!!

Christine1993 answered Tuesday September 26 2006, 8:37 pm: hey i got some solutions...you can drink green tea, drink lost of water, and dont go on a hard core diet every now and then you can take a break but not for too long. check the calories on everything you eat, dont fry your chicken you can probly have it grilled if you eat it at home...and eat non-hormonal chicken its great. salad is nice too dont use ranch dressing though really bad for ya considering how healthy the other dressings are. instead of using crutons you can toast wheat bread dont use white bread it can cause diabetes....dont use too much butter at all....eat peas and corn....for breakfast you can eat wheat bread with a little butter before you toast it so you wont have to add any.... uumm for a sweet fix you can also have black tea, very sweet and it also helps to fill you up some....if you have a ps2 you can do dance dance revolution (or xbox or any other game console that ddr can be used on) um....you can swim, ride your bike but dont go to the gym just yet! when you build up too much muscle, all that fat turns to muscle so you wont be small just healthy and kinda big..so i suggest you lose it before you work it with weights n stuff but you can excercise...do crunches after losing a few pound but 20 pounds is a lot to lose and i wish you the best luck....all these practices above have actually been used by me and i reccomend them to the max. wish you luck!!!
sloubidoo answered Monday September 25 2006, 2:19 pm: Be very careful with dieting. Don't starve yourself, it's very dangerous and can cause your body to go into shock. A few simple things to do are to
cut out chocolate, chips and fast food like burgers or fries as much as you can. (I know this can be difficult especially if your parents notice)
walk as much as you can
Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit and vegetables
join a sports group
