Keeping in Shape

Question Posted Friday September 22 2006, 10:17 pm

I used to play sports pretty much 24/7, all the time. Lately I haven't really been playing as much sports and I used to and I'm getting out of shape. I was wondering if anyone had good ideas of what kind of diet to have and what kind of fitness or workout routine they do that really helps them. It would be greatly appreciated.

first of all while sports a great for your body and keep you fit, they shouldnt be done 24/7. WHen you get home do your homework first. then work out. the reason your getting out of shape is because as you worked out so much, you body is getting too relaxed and loostening up a bit. If you want to prevnt this,
do not work out 24/7 seven and especially do not wrok out 24/7 the slow donw as this will happen again and your body will get confused. so
i suggest you work out maybe three times a week for medium sixzed sessions and keep it at there for as long as possible, incresing, will strain your musceles. Make sure on work out days, have plenty of carbohrdrates, drink LOTS of water, sleep loads the day before and after and STREACH!!!!!!
