webcam slows down my computer

so ive got a built in webcam on my laptop, but when i try and go on webcam on msn instead of just just going straight on to webcam it goes to video call, how do i change that? and also does anyone know how to stop my laptop from freezing and being really slow when im on webcam? thanks

New HP Computer Crashed And They Will Not Honor The Warranty!

i purchased a new comuter 6/10. 3 weeks after the purchase the comuputer showed signs of issues. i contact customer support tech and they tried to help, then they transf me to a case manager. the case manager reviewed the issues and decided it was the hard drive, that was based on the tech support dempartment. no one at this time had physically came out and viewed the computer. HP placed on line a bid ( which I did not know that is what they were doing at the time) for a bid to come out and install a hard drive. they received the low bid and req the tech to come out to my home and install a hard drive. the hard drive was shipped o/n to my house. the tech came out and installed the hard drive and that was all, he stated he bid on just instal...

when you go in for birth control pills?
I'm going in to get birth control pills tomorrow because I've been on my period for a month (i have really irregular periods)
I'm 18 and I've been depressed for about 4 years now, ever since my grandma passed away who was more like a mother to me.
In the past 4 years I've gained 50-70 pounds, my sophomore year I told the school that I was considering suicide and they called my mom...both of my parents thought I was being dramatic and just looking for attention. I don't know why, I know I shouldn't feel like this. But why do I? I just got off of work, I just worked tax free weekend for about 8 hours today straight. So i met this guy and we hung out for about two months before we started dating, we only dated for two week but i was lovestruck, i liked him so much. But he ended things one day saying that he doesn't want a relation ship and we rushed into things and that we should just be friends and see what happens. so we talked a couple times but not much. So a couple weekends ago i went to one of my friends party's and he was there and we haven't seen each other since but it was okay and he told me that he misses me. baby bird in yard

there was a pigeon in my yard that was really still and i went up to it bc i was curious and it flew away. underneath her lay a tiny baby. i was wondering why she was sitting on it? its like 100 degrees outside...
i didnt touch the baby either i felt bad and walked away...but im worried the mother wont return..

Roommates at college

I moved into a 4 bedroom apartment this year for college. I have my own bedroom and 3 roommates. The roommates have been living here for a long time and are good friends. They are 3-4 years older than me, which makes it hard to relate to them. I get along with them just fine. I go out with my other friends that are my age and when I come to the apartment, all I want to do is sit in my room and relax by myself. Should I feel bad that I'm not spending more time with them? I mean, we go out to dinner every once in a while and say hi in passing, but I don't feel like sitting with them in the living room when I could be sleeping or doing my homework...

How Effective Is Birth Control After Two Weeks?

My doctor says birth control is fully effective after a month. I've been on it for 2 weeks, how effective should it be right now? I usually use 2 methods for birth control (condoms and spermicide) because it makes me feel more comfortable. I just want to know when i can just use just one.

So okay , show story is me and this guy hung out we met up after 1-2 years and so , we did things got phsyical. And I went down on him and his thing was hanging out while I went up to kiss him and it was on me , but the thing is I haven't gotten' my period yet , am I pregnant?
