Alcolholic with Depression

... been trying to get over my alcolhism and depression for months now. resigned from a 6-figure salary (on my own accord) because I couldnt deal with the daily pressures of work, family and my addiction. Am now at a point where I feel it best to end my life. I have a huge insurance policy that will pay off big! I have a wife, children and a extended family that love me. However... I feel so dispondent every day that I can't move forward. I want to pull out of this rut... but there are easier - quicker solutions that I've considered.

driving manual without shifting gears

my moms convertible can be either manual or automatic transmission....
i didnt realize it was in manual and i drove it to the store and back without shifting gears. when i came home the engine was hot and it was making noises.
what can happen to your car if you drive stick shift without changing gears???
is it ruined or will it be okay if i never do it again?

I will just give you a run down of our relationship, and then a pros and con list otherwise ill go on for hours.
we are 20, have a 5 month old daughter and she is gorgeous. we have been together for three years. When we got together, he was a rebound..after one year we were living together. we were pregnant at 2 years. and now living at my mothers (and hating it)
pros-
he is my daughters father. hes gorgeous. i do love him. he is very talented and could go far. he cooks for me. he loves me. he is very faithful. has a great personality sometimes.
cons-
i have not been single since i was 14. he never tells me im beautiful, i am beginning to think he is not attracted to me because of ...

i am 14 and my boyfriend is 18 about to be 19. he is a senior and i am a freshman..... my family does not aprove of the age diffrence.i do not no what to do ab out it. Because my mom wants me 2 break up with him. but i dont want 2..... i realy love him! should i listen 2 my mom or follow my heart?

So basically I have been in love with this boy for two years before we finally started going out. Now we've been together for a while now, and he's a busy person. He spends a lot of time doing working, or visiting family, or whatever. I know he tries to spend time with me, but he just can't. I can't decide whether or not I'm making something out of nothing, but this something is starting to bother me. Do I end things and move on or just chill out and remember that he loves me?

Ok so im 22 and i have been engaged for about 10 months now, and we are always fighting and basically there seems to be no love, for example we dont have sex,( hes muslim) im british so it crosses my mine hes waiting until we are married,but there are no cuddles or kisses i have to ask for them and his tone these days seems to be abit rude, we have a property together and we are not living in it he is still living with my parents with me. I dont know what to do. Also i feel bad because a year before we was engaged he broke up with me we was dating before and in that year i went away to university and met someone else and had passion all the time, and sex and i feel bad and wish that, that never happened, i never told him about the other guy...

So i decided to pursue another guy and move on. Ok so i have this guy friend that i have become rather close with lately, sure enough i backed off cause he has a girlfriend of whom he's been with for 5 years. Then he tells me that they broke up and now he's extremely distraught and suicidal. I cant imagine what he's going through because i have never been in a relationship myself. He then told me that his now ex girlfriend has a new boyfriend, as soon as they broke up. Now he's even more upset. To top it all off the new guy is being ridiculously mean to him etc etc. He told me that he doesnt want things to work out with her, that its done but he's still fragile.
I dont know what to say or do to try and help him...or whether i should back down till hes ok again. i dont know help?

im 18 and im still a virgin.
I got my period when i was 13, and never got cramps until i this year when i turned 18.
the cramps and pain has been so intence the last couple of months that i cry, cant sleep, cant move because it hurts so much. I have tried numerous different anti-inflammitorys such as ponstan which is supposed to be the best thing for period pain. Yet it has no effect.
My period has also become very irregular and last month it came a week earlier then it was suposed to and lasted 3 days longer then usual.
help?

nursing?

I'm graduating high school in june 2011. I can't choose between majoring in nursing or fashion merchandising. I know thats a big difference but I see good things in both. I love fashion and am really interested in the business on the other hand I feel like I should help people in life and being a nurse would do that. The only problem with nursing is I don't know if I could deal with wounds and stuff like that but I also no it's a good career with many job opportunities for sure. I just don't know! What do you guys think? or offer any info on nursing and fashion if you have any too :)

My mom wants me to quit my job because she knows that I am stressed out. She told me she'll give me 100 - 200/month. I refused because I don't want to take her money, I want to grow up and make my own. I get sick of the fact that she constantly brings it up, "Mary, maybe you don't have to work as much. I'll give you 100 - 200/month". Now, I was actually thinking about it. I mean, seeing how much work interfered with my school work. I'm one of the lucky people who did not get a phone call to get kicked out of the high school program I'm in. I'm pretty shocked myself. I'm barely passing half my classes.
