How do I talk to my boyfriend about sex?

I'm 19. He's 18. When we first started going out (over a year ago) and started rounding the bases, he'd try to initiate sex. Like we'd be naked and making out on his bed, and he'd just give me this look, and we both knew what it meant - but I always shot him down because I wasn't ready at the time.
Then, last summer, I didn't turn him down. It didn't happen, however; he lost his erection about two seconds after he put the condom on.
He hasn't tried since. Once I took the initiative and asked if he wanted to do it, but still nothing happened 'cause he didn't have a condom (sigh.). And then he said something along the lines of "I don't have one 'cause I thought you wanted to wait 'til college". I made ...

Soo I'm really interested in this guy but I've never actually had a conversation with him. He's everything I'm looking for in a guy, and I'm extremely picky. I really want an excuse to talk to him but I feel like if I just messaged him on facebook it'd be kinda weird. One of my good friends is friends with him but I'm kinda scared to just ask her to set me up. I don't want to sound desperate and I don't want her to think I'm using her. I know where he works cause I see him there all the time but it'd be weird to go to his work and like randomly start a conversation..idk...and I guess it doesn't help that I'm really shy haha. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I like my friend, whom I've only known for about two or three weeks. i don't believe in love at first sight so that's out of the question. My friend boyfriend decided to talk to him and He Told him he had had a little crush on me but doesn't fully like me because he doesn't now me all well. I like him because not only is he cute but he has a shy, sweet and humorous personality.Or as i described him "metaphorically sweet and stupid."
He's knows I like him, we've talked to each other about this, but he said before anything he wants to know me more. we're both nervous to talk to each other also.. my question is **what do i do?** i want to know him more but I'm afraid I'll do something to mess my chances up, or that something will go wrong..and i don't want that..

I knew this guy for a year, we talked everyday. Over the summer we stopped talking a bit the most we would go without talking would be 3 days and we stopped telling each other every little thing that happened. High school then started for us and we were sent to different ones(regretting that so much) After a month of high school I heard 4 different people tell me he likes me , i was happy with this but i didn't really believe it. Okay, well I found out today by my teacher that we have new Zodiac signs, and my boyfriend is upset because his birthday is July, 30th which he was a Leo, and he doesn't want to be a Cancer like me.(July, 22) haha So, is all this true? I believe in the zodiac completly, but I've dated a cancer and he cheated on me and he wasn't a good boyfriend. :/ Well, and leo's and cancers are a perfect match because I study this stuff..so will anything change because I don't want my boyfriend to change. My husband has been texting a co-worker of his and admitted to flirting with her. When I confronted him the first time he said he would stop. I found out he deletes all of her messages because I looked at the phone records. He was really upset when I confronted him the second time. This has been going on for over a year. I also just found out he has been receiving and texting porn to his friends. He's suddenly going to the gym and into his appearance. okay so ive had sex with only two of my boyfriends.. the first boy i lost it too, it never felt good like the only way i could orgasim was if he touched me during sex or if i was on top of him(ocassionaly).. but then when i had sex with my second boyfriend and i could only orgasim on top.. (but alot more) but he is fairly large. like it took a long time for me to get him inside.. but now like he can just go in and its not good anymore lol therefore i think im loose so i cant really orgasim at all anymore if that makes sence even on top? its not just sex, its making love with eachother. so basically how do i tighten back up? do i just have to not have sex for months or something? someoneee please help me understand my body or how to make it tighther >:/

Okay today is friday.. Sunday I was very nauses, Monday Nauses with a headache that night I threw up and started having terible stumoch pain, Tuesday I started terrible diareha several times a day and its just like water. I had to call off work that day, I have been having this problem all week and it doesnt seem to get any better at all i have cramps with it and stumoch pain. My stumoch also makes funny noises and i have a lot of gas. I know this it gross but I need some advice its noon and ive been in the bath room 7 times

Emergency dentist?

Okay well i live in the lake county , cook county area and i have been searching for a dentist thats in my budget for almost a year. Im a teen and i have NO medical insurance but i need atleast three of my teeth pulled or worked on because they are extremely in horrible condition. What do i do? Please help this is serious!

uninstall toolbar?

one day i was just browsing the internet and i found this cool toolbar kind of thing and i thought it was something different but when i downloaded it on my computer, i realized its not what i wanted. so i uninstalled it. but now whenever I go on the internet, there's a pop up saying "you tried uninstalling this toolbar. would you like to successfully remove this toolbar?" and i click yes but then nothing happens. the pop up box just leaves and then if i exit out of internet and go back on it, the pop up box comes up again. i dont know whats wrong! I dont think its a virus because nothing unusual is happing to my computer.. its acting the same as it did before i installed it.
can someone please help me?
