first off im 13 in 8th grade and female. well, at school i'm made fun of for my chest size. its kind of embarrsing because i'm just a 32a and many of the 6th and 7th graders are already bigger then me. i do get jealous sometimes but what really bothers me is when the boys pick on me because of it. all my cusins are bigger then me by two cup sizes. i dont want to talk to my mom or anyone about it. i'd feel stupid. i know theres no way to make them grow, but is there a special makeup or something to help them appear to have cleavage? =[ i sound so stupid rar.

Well track starts next week at my school.
and im really nervous because, we have relay tryouts and whoevers the top 4 fastest gets on. and last year barly anyone was on the track team. But this year everyones doing it
Is there anyway i can get faster?

what are ways to keep myself motivated to exercise? i always wanna do it so i can get a little slimmer in the tummy and thigh area, but then theres no time or i just dont feel like it. i mean i exercise at other things but i'd like to do it more daily.. like running around the neighborhood, etc.
also i eat alot.. just cause it tastes good. not necessarily because im hungry. im not sure why i do that, its a bad habit. like i forced myself to eat cheesecake (2 slices, when i was already full) just because i like cheesecake.. and i guess i thought it was gonna finish? ugh. i hate that, and its whats making me gain weight because i used to be average and now im slowly getting fat.

How can I get exercise when I can't run because of the weather, can't ride my stationary bike anymore because it broke...? Things I can do around the house? Fat-burning, calorie-burning things? HELP!!!

I am on a horrible cheerleading squad right now. No one is into it on my squad so I really want to join an all-star team. I know i'll have to work hard for that so can someone who is really into cheering give me a good routine to do everyday for my fitness and flexibility? Like stretches, work outs, everything! I really want to be able to get all my jumps and stretches (heel stretch, etc) to be good! Please tell me how many of each thing I should do and how often I should do it! Thanks so much :)

I am 5'7" and my boobs are somewhere in between a D - DD.
Other than my chest , my body is pretty normal. I love shopping for bathing suits, but can never find one that FITS!
Everytime I go swimming, I feel weird, like everyone is starring at my chest (guys and girls)-
I wish my boobs were smaller, around a full C~
But thats not gonnna happen,
so any help with good bras (NOT PADDED)
that are inexpensive and good would help
AS WELL AS ... ~~bathing suits~~ :-)

Female, 5'7"
I am not really comfortable with my height, because all my friends are around 5'3-4", and I feel like a giant. Anwyays, I weigh about 152 lbs. Im pretty atheltic, and my arms are "big" because of the sports I play, as well as my legs, and you can clearly see the definition in my calf's. I dont think im REALLY fat, but is this too much.. should I lose some weight???

Wll I have that fat thing at like below my but but at the top of my thighs like fat pockets I supose. Is there any way in whcih I can get rd of it?
Its really odd as im a dancer etc, if its cellulite can I get rid of cellulite??
Also the bottom of my stomach is not as toned as the top, and Im confused on how to tone the bottom of it?
As it looks bad as im a petite girl.

Okay, so my boyfriend has a little cousin and she is veryyy large. She turned 5 in the beginning of February (Feb 2nd, ironically enough Groundhogs day haha.) and weighs around 110. We are both very close to her, and care for her alot.. but her weight is downright unhealthy and I just wish there was something more we can do. Her parents seem to be unphased by her weight and just don't really acknowledge it. This obesity runs in their family and so does Diabetes. (Lucky for me, my boyfriend doesn't have either) But we just don't know what to do with her.. take her running? Haha I really am at a loss. Any feedback would be FANTASTIC!! Thanks!! ♥

hi im about 5 10 1/2 tall and weigh somewhere between 185-190 pounds..i want to lose 10 pounds then satrt lifting weights is 10 punds good and whats the quickest way to lose it along with dieting?

I have stubborn chubbyness around my upper thigh, butt, and hips. It ahs cellulite, which I know I can't really get rid of, but there's so much FLAB! Does anyone know any good workouts that will help this? Including website links with workouts...I need a bikini butt!
